1. Even after having a reservation, it took about 30 minutes before I got the room key because the gentleman couldn't log into the computer without finally getting help from the manager which I believe was his wife. 2. It was 93 degrees in the room when we walked in, so it took a good 30-45 minutes before it got cooled down. 3. We had only a 1/4 roll of toilet paper for a two night stay! 4. They do not have ice, so we had to go to the nearest gas station to get some; a $3.99 purchase we shouldn't have had to make. 5. They did not have a "Do Not Disturb" sign, so we made one on a notebook page and stuck it in the door. THEY CAME IN ANYWAY!!!

The room a/c was not on and it was 94 degrees when we came in and it took two hours to cool to 70. The room was okay, but when going to bed, there were numerous hairs that made you gag. It was close to the airport, but I will drive further the next time and stay at a better hotel.

-
good for a quick sleep on the road if you don’t mind the bugs and stained carpets. lowkey wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was very helpful and the room was very clean. We will definitely stay again
-
Bedding very outdated. Bathroom needs a deep cleaning around baseboards.
-
Very dirty bed. Room smelled weird. Would not stay again.
-
It was an okay room for the price on one of the busiest and sold out weekends in Lubbock.
-
Kind of outdated.

The property is old and dated, but expected with the price point. We stayed for a sold out concert. If you just need a place to lay your head, this would be fine. The staff was very friendly and even though the room was dated, it was clean. They even left us a goodie bag of treats (more than what I've received from higher rated places. I felt safe and over all I would stay there again.

Extremely surprised on the cleanliness of the room, location seems sketchy but everything was better than I thought! I’d stay again for sure!!!
-
Hotel is very old needs much updating. Price gouging for events happening in Lubbock over the weekend, so greedy.
-
Just ran down old motel. Cost was crazy based on concert. Not a 500 a night place

The staff was friendly and polite. The room was clean.

Perfect if you just need a place to sleep for the night. It’s a motel. Quiet stay. Check in was quick and painless. No bugs. Bathroom was clean. The room was dated but adequate. Beds were comfortable, but comforter was dated. Pillows and sheets were not bad. My wife says the comforter wasn’t breathable and she was hot. Room a/c worked great.

Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel.

The description and the room didn’t match. It was my fault for not doing the research on it like I normally do. It’s definitely a spot for a trucker to lay their head for a few and leave. Definitely not for women traveling alone or families. The furniture (chair next to bed) looked like it came from the dumpster. Linen is old and bathroom was subpar, but I used Lysol and wrapped myself in the blanket I bought from Walmart, took a three hour nap and left and hit the road. I won’t be back there.
