They didn’t have room keys and wouldn’t accept debit cards just credit or cash

The hotel was nice. The ice machine was broken all week, which was a little disappointing otherwise a nice place to stay.

Spacious room, comfortable beds

The location was convenient, but unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing, especially considering the price I paid. First, the room door was extremely difficult to open. It constantly got stuck, and I had to push incredibly hard just to get into my room, which was very frustrating. Second, the parking situation was absolutely terrible. Parking spaces are extremely limited, and one night I couldn’t find a single available spot. I was forced to park on the street and pay hourly because the hotel had no parking available. I also felt trapped during my stay because I was constantly worried that if I left with my car, someone would take my parking spot and I wouldn’t have anywhere to park when I returned. Finally, the hotel itself was nowhere near as nice as the price would suggest. For what I paid, I expected much better facilities, convenience, and an overall more comfortable experience. The parking situation alone made my stay unnecessarily stressful.

Not clean bathroom smelled like urine and staff did not offer to provide cleaning agents just aresol fee breeze

We've returned to this hotel several times very happy to hear that it is now Under New Management we can see people working to make improvements for the facility however they sold the one side that has the small pool and the jacuzzi still is not working on the remaining side of the Jolly Roger hoping to see that fix soon. The ice machine was broken the deposit is now double what it used to be and the vending machine is way overpriced when there is a simple gas station nearby that you could go and get snacks at I've never heard of a Kit Kat candy bar costing $7.50. I believe they should allow check-ins before 3:00 p.m. as they have many rooms and I've never seen this building sold out.

When we entered the room one of the down lights was missing, wires hanging from the ceiling. Then we went to us le the air con during the night but it only ever lasted 15minutes before coming up with an error message. We tried multiple settings and made no difference Our unit was 92degrees ans it eas actually cooler outside when we left. On checking out we were told the ought had probably been stolen and they just missed it during the checkout inspection of those who stayed previously. Given the issues we asked for a partial refund and were told they would message us after speaking to their manager. This never happened. Booking.com followed this up and agreed they should and still no reply

The cleaning staffer Mireya was very nice and helpful. I requested an extra key to car in my wallet, but they would not give me one.

bed was good Noisy and bad air (smelly). No fridge, but it says that room has it.

Freindly Staff, very easy to deal with. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but very functional. Would stay here again

Very bad place to stay unless ur by urself with a weapon Creepy dark halls dirty room,weird people walking through the halls . On top of that street weirdos on the back street when you look out ur windows
