On 2 separate occasions (Saturday and Monday night time) someone with a door entry card key tried to get into my room. I always use the door safety lock to lock the door from inside. Therefore, the persons didn't get into my room. The Lincoln Hotel management needs to explain how this issue occurred.

Nice rooms

Hallways smelled, there are other people yelling at eachother at 2 AM. Not in a great neighborhood. Only good thing was that it was a 15min drive to santa monica pier.

$100.00 deposit was not mentioned until you checked in. The $15.00 for parking was not mentioned until you checked in. The $100.00 is refundable 5 to 10 days after check out.

The room was clean and the staff was curt when I checked in. The night staff lady was pleasant. Loved the underground parking.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, roaches outside the hotel, inside the lobby smelled, inside the hotel room smelled, stains on the bed and on the towels, no comforter on bed, remote for the TV didn’t work. Shower was the worst shower I’ve ever experienced at a hotel, water barely trickled out. At least the air conditioning works. The way orbits marketed the photos was an absolute lie.

Parking is very sparse when checking in. There is. Additional parking fee in underground garage. There is no microwaveable cups in room if you want hot water for instant coffee or tea. There is no coffee maker. There is microwave and refrigerator. Room is spacious and clean. Bathrooms nice and bathtub has stopper if you want to take a bath.

Hallway floor needs to be replaced. It was clean. Security cameras in the hallway. Plenty of parking. Has a parking garage. Lots of places to eat near by. Short drive to the Beaches.

I was denied a room because of my registered, trained service animal. They stated people are allergic to dog hair and couldn’t accommodate. Direct violation of federal law ADA and repercussions to follow.

No elevator, no help if you have multiple bags.

Other than parking charge and the area location the licon inn is an exceptional place to stay for a night

Clean room and hallways

Clean, secure, safe, and included a refrigerator and microwave. The pillows were lumpy, but with the cool air of the air conditioner, a good night's sleep was had.
