Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg

Room was very clean and bed super comfortable. Shower was spacious and better than expected. Parking easy location super close to the fwy and a shopping center/walmart nearby. Morning breakfast was very tasteful and included 👌 also staff very friendly. If traveling for Penn st game this is a great affordable option only 1.5 hrs drive away

Only stayed one night but the accommodations were great. Don’t have anything negative to say about this property.

Minimal breakfast. Muffins were stale. Elevator not working. Stairwells were dirty with some trash. Charged for early check in when room was ready. Exit doors weren’t always secured

We arrived around 7pm Friday night. There was a soccer tournament in the area so the hotel seemed full. Our room was on the 3rd floor with no operational elevator. The bathroom had many hairs on the counters and floor from prior guests. Our rooms tv did not work. We left it be but reported this Saturday morning before leaving for awhile and upon return, nothing was done or said to us about the TV. Drink station was a mess and left in disaray from kids running all over the place. Breakfast was nice to grab on the go. Staff was pleasant to talk to at check in. Expensive for the weekend for what we got out of it.

Many things were disappointing. Towels were thread bare and stained. Shower tub did not drain. Towel rack falling off wall. Toilet “ran” all night. Kleenex box empty. TV remote batteries kept falling out due to missing cover. Drapes were stained. Mirrors dirty. AND elevator was broken and front desk didn’t check with me if that being on a upper floor was ok?? But the A/C did work!!

A wonderful place to get...

First of all, I had a card from my grandson from Hotels.com called them to plan our trip wanted two queen size beds, They only got us one king size bed and tried numerous times to change it, but they always had an excuse. The room was very clean, The Continental breakfast was good. The only thing that I thought they should have had was an extra blanket for the bed. I do not like covering with sheets so I take my own woolly. Staff was really nice, Room to park in handicap close to door. I would definitely recommend this motel.

Room very clean, staff was great, very accommodating and friendly. One of the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. I hope when I go back elevator working or they again will give me a room on first floor. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again when in area.

Mostly everything seemed to be updated, furniture, bed, tv, etc. and fairly clean, except the bathroom flooring which was absolutely disgusting and the telephone which appeared to be from before the hotel was built. The stairwell was absolutely filthy, which I had to use because the elevators were broken—which happens & I understood but would except the stairs to be clean with the excess traffic due to elevators being out. What I did NOT appreciate or understand, was why someone went in my room shortly after I checked in. I came in and dropped off my stuff, then went out to shopping. When I returned approximately 1.5 hours later, someone came in my room—my bathroom light was off and when I left, I left it on so I didn’t come in to darkness, which is how I knew someone went in. I told the front desk, and she was extremely helpful and she moved me to another room. Fast forward to the next day (I was there for less than 24 hours total) at 11:10am morning of check out, which is 12pm, I had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on AND the safety lock. As I’m brushing my teeth, someone is actively trying to get in my room—presumably house keeping. I did notify front desk again, to which they apologized and said they would speak with staff. I’m just not sure what the confusion was when 1.) I had the obvious sign on and 2.) they know check out is at 12 and 3.) they know I would be leaving at 12 that day,

Hallway was dirty. Elevators did not work. Room was old and noisy. Bed and pullout couch were awful

The girl at the check in was great. It is nice to see a smiling face when you are tired and need to get off the road. Thanks and will use if ever traveling by this location.

lift not working and bad availability dont have the room we book didnt acomodate niether the hotel manager called or did anything worst place stay away and look for other options

Staff was kind and helpful in resolving our issues (very loud pipe hammer) by moving us to another room. Their manager, not on site, was unwilling to take a phone call from them, so they did their best. New room was an improvement, but we did find dog hair on the couch cushions. The room was quiet, and we slept well. As always, check-in and out were easy, and we appreciate the 12pm check-out time. Breakfast has gone downhill; as a gluten-free eater, I was disappointed to see that the breakfast protein was battered and fried (and not very good, according to my husband). Still, it was a decent stay. Desk staff was kind enough to manage our next booking (several months ahead) by placing us in a non-highway side room. While it wasn't the greatest hotel experience ever, it beats the last two we've had by a mile.

Definitely needs a detail clean in room especially bathroom! Facet needs to be replaced there were long black hair on our bed when we got there! We also did not get the room we booked

Room wasn't very clean . Elevators didn't work and they put us on the 3rd floor with a handicapped person. Key card wouldn't work getting in the side door. Stairway had a bad odor. Toilet ran all night. Not a very good experience. Wouldn't stay there again
