Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

I had planned my trip over 3 months in advance. The staff at this location was very poor. When I checked in the elevator was not working and they had my room on the third floor which was an accessible room; however, there was no communication prior to my arrival to inform me. As a result, desk staff had me wait to check in, although I arrived by 3 PM - and they were not listening well. I am a disabled veteran, had two service dogs and they overcharged me for the room. I had two room charges that I now have to correct as a result. One desk attendant was training another and questioned me as to why I had not informed them I had two service dogs as I was coming out of my room. I felt intimidated by their questioning and as a result, I believe I was overcharged as a result. I will never stay there again!

Tatiana was wonderful out of all of the bar/kitchen staff she went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. Menu at night limited ordered two things that they were out of and or told were no longer on the menu. Wound up going to Marzoni’s instead.
