Towneplace Suites by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg

It was easy to get into, the parking lot was easy to navigate, the hotel itself was well laid out. Breakfast was on time, everything was well stocked. The staff was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and helpful. I think the cleaning staff could’ve been a little more thorough with the carpet and edges.

Nice Outdoor patio space - flowers make a difference and first floor room ceiling was high, felt spacious

Overall aesthetic and initial reception was very good; the room was well equipped and had a stocked kitchenette. I was very disappointed with the dog fee of $75 and an additional fee of $20 on top of our stay... with double the taxes, the cost was well over $100 for my single dog to stay with us for one night. I have stayed at other hotels and they typically charge $50 per evening and do not separate the charge to double up on the taxes. I travel at least twice a year from Florida to New York with my canine and partner for work; if this is standard practice for this hotel brand, I will be looking to stay elsewhere.

Very good

Easy to park and stay

We loved everything!! The pool was great and we ate our lunch in the outdoor patio area!!

staff, free breakfast Mid level breakfast

Great place to stay

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent amenities and very pet friendly with lots of green space to walk dogs. Location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

very well kept outside and in pool wasn’t very clean and housekeeping is only every other day

Clean All good

Great room, spacious & clean. Pet rate.

The front desk was very helpful. The room wasn’t ready upon arrival, but she made us comfortable and kept us informed. She also helped with my Bonvoy membership.

really nice place very clean

Clean Breakfast was not so great

Everything was clean, staff super nice and helpful, and most importantly to me….. the rooms were quiet!!!

Excellent stay very friendly staff. Rooms are very clean and well maintained.

Nice place to stay a little outdated and the manager was not very nice!!! The rest of the staff was great. One of the female managers was super sweet and very helpful! She was fantastic!!!

Everything about this property was excellent. I really liked the kitchen and fridge in the unit. I would go here again if I'm in the area.

Welcoming staff, clean room, nice pool and good breakfast!
