Great customer service Wasnt smokable

No hot water Staff said they get us water for showers BUT never did a thing

Staff were very nice

When we first got there, someone was working on their car on the parking lot. We got in the room, and it had a smell. We asked for a king suite, it was but it only had the bed and TV. There was no couch or table, just a hard bench that had a hole in the cushion. The one chair that was in there was broken. The microwave was dirty and didn't have the glass plate in it. Then, to top it off, We turned on the air conditioner, and a roach came running out. The curtains were dirty with spots all on them. We had this thin blanket on the bed. The only reason we stayed was that it was late and we were leaving the next day. Kids jumping over our heads at 12 am, my husband had to scream and tell them to stop and go to bed. Breakfast we never got when we got downstairs at 9:30 am there was no food left at all. It was not a good experience at all. And the lights by the bed did not work.

This hotel should not even have the name Wyndham on it. The hotel look like a rat trap and the elevator wasn't working. It looks like they didn't even want to fix elevators so they can cheap out and pocket the money. It looks like a foreigner owned it look like a rat trap Hotel not worth the money never will stay there again. The floors were sticky and the bathtub was dirty. Not worth the Wyndham name needs a full renovation. Had to go up the service stairs just to get to the room. Look like a foreigner rag bag Hotel. And the breakfast was the lousiest breakfast I have ever had in my whole life and I have traveled a lot. All they had for breakfast was six bagels and a gallon of milk. What a joke not worth the $75 for the night. Makes the Wyndham name look like a joke.

The peace and quietness Everything was great

The price, the cold ac and the pillows First the first elevator was broken and the second one felt like it was going to breaker too. The room was made but looked like they hadn't cleaned the walls in years all kinds of stains on them. Then I was just staying one night and there was no hot water. Called front desk and was told they were going to fix it at 8:30am the next day. I was leaving the hotel at 6am so I didn't even get to take a hot shower.

Tree time go to the reception and sei my room don’t have a hot water for shower and I take shower whit cool water is terrible

I liked nothing about this hotel stay . Too pricey for bad service, no WiFi, not hot water, charging for every little thing ,can’t use the elevator it’s broke, charging for dirty towels,there’s more . Overall terrible. EVERYTHING

The whole place smelled like mold! Bathrooms were not clean and the breakfast was basically nothing

The privacy throughout our upstairs window Using the restroom I noticed roaches running everywhere in there. After a long ride I attempted to microwave food and there were a couple in there as well. Which almost ruined my appetite.

The room was very nice except for the couple issues The manager didn't do anything about the fact that we had no hot water and found roaches in the room after he lied and said they would discount it at check out and also made it out like he wasn't the manager
