The property was very clean and welcoming. There was only one gate that opened and the elevator was broken. So you basically have to walk around the property to get into the room and bring your luggage

Hotel was falsely advertised. The rooms were poorly cleaned. Sheet and pillows look like somebody slept on them the blankets had cigarettes holes in them. and lamp shades were dusty and burnt , elevator smell like mildew . I will never go there again

nothing about this stay the fact no towels,soap,wash clothes,no cable,and no shampoo or conditioner ask for a smoking king while booking got a double bed still waiting on them they will twell you the property manager is out of town they will also try give free night and charge 50dollar deposit and also a 15.00 dollar sales tax wen i wasnt charged a deposit the first time so i decided i want fulll refund but still all seasons hasnt messaged me or boooking.co back

It was a good stay i didn't care for the room they chose to give me because i felt lily tree they were strongly trying to watch me and micromanage my activities a little too much by placing in s room with a camera right outside my door. Other than that i didn't have any issues

I choose 1 star because I had to choose a star. 1 star is being extremely generous. Hotel staff was very difficult to understand, had issues locating my reservation. As soon as you walk into the lobby you are hit with a horrendous odor. As soon as we opened the door to our room we were hit with the same foul odor. Where there should have been a fire alarm, there was only a hole in the wall with the electrical cords for the alarm hanging out the wall. The room was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting. Air conditioner was not on with the window shades left wide open. Room was terribly hot in the middle of summer. We very quickly turned around and left. My advice would be don't even waste your time with this location. Refunds aren't easy or quick to receive, last minute rooms at other locations are a pain to find.
