Gardentree Hotels Memphis East near I 40

This hotel was the worst experience I have ever had.\n Took 2 hours to get checked in hotel. Looked like it's under renovation.\n Room door was broke roaches, everywhere TV didn't work. It was the worst weekend of my life.

I'm not a negative person. However I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They bait and switched me. Charged my room to my card and wanted me to also pay in cash. I didn't stay there and they STILL charged my card. Who carries 750 in Memphis, and I'm yet to be refunded.

The service has changed. Not better than before. Certainly will stay anymore.

Nothing First room had no TV, dirty bathroom, and dirty bed sheets. The second room also didn't have tv and found drug needles under the mattress. Also a lizard got in the room.

Nothing No air conditioning no lights no tv. Horrible service. Worst place I have ever been to

The cat outside Staff telling me he would be there at 5am so I could get my deposit refunded back to me. Which was a lie. While waited 2 hours twice I spoke to customer service get some to help me but rudely told I wasn't giving the correct name, phone number, email or order number that was emailed to me. Also after being told my room was 1st door around the corner no it was the LAST ROOM AT THE END of the hallway. Then TV didn't work. Curtains not hanging right. Bathroom was gross. Didn't even look like it was cleaned. Wash cloth wash left in a ball in the shower from last customer. Toilet wasn't flushed & Toilet seat was gross. I should of taken pictures. The pictures on the website was NOT THE SAME PICTURES. When I went down about the TV & nobody was there I should of known. Very very dissatisfied customer

Nothing ..i pulled int I the parking lot and immediately felt unsafe.. I called to cancel and they told me no refunds I didnt like the looks of the place..looked like homeless people were squatting in the rooms..i immediately tried to cancel but even the app woildnt allow it.. thats twice in as many weeks i didnt like a place throu g h this app. I demand my money back.i will call booking.com tomorrow..

Nothing! it was a horror show! The attendant was abusive I never stayed there the staff were rude and insultive the entire property was a mess, no proper AC outside temperature was 102f the AC did not work

The bed sheets and bathroom looked real good They had rats and roaches

Found roach in both bed and bathroom, for the price and location really can’t be too mad. Plus, the staff was great got me another room without any problem, but the batteries on door dies got locked out room and was told the 50 deposit would be returned and as of yet has not been.

It was great for the cost

Nothing! The Staff Was Rude, Said There Was No Internet & Made Me Pay A $50 Cash Deposit, Stayed There Many Time's Before & Never Had These Problems. It Was The Worst Stay Ever & I Will Never Stay There Again!
