No one at front desk late night only virtual agent. Scary to arrive in dark with no live person

Whilst the room had lingerie from the previous occupants, it didn't damper the fun. It was otherwise clean and well equipped. The microwave and mini fridge made refreshments and food a breeze before and after the concert at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Especially, the live hotel agent via computer in the lobby. I will say having a Mediterranean vibe without a pool is quite the stretch, but it worked! We found community and hung out in the lobby and patio area with new found friends(including the live agent) into the wee hours of the morning!

I was able to check in late after a concert which was fantastic, the hotel was clean, and in a nice location. However, when we checked in there was no one there which was a little confusing, I guess the use a tela-reception during evening hours which was fine for check iin but did pose a safty concern that anyone through the night could just walk throuh the lobby and throughout the hotel. Definitely feel like there should be better security at night for those purposes. Breakfast seemed to he limited as well but other than that everything seemed fine.

I like the cleanliness of the room. I didn’t like the fact that there were not closets or anywhere to hang clothes. I didn’t like the option of only pork meat options for breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean! Breakfast was quite good and the parking was such a plus since we had a concert that night! Made it so easy, it was a great stay!

A comfortable and convenient stay at Hotel Zico. The room was clean, well maintained, and had everything needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good with a nice selection, making for an easy start to the day. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and other places nearby. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and practical hotel in a great Mountain View location.

The place was not at all what we expected or saw online. The room was not like any of the pictures. There was a big dent in the wall in the bathroom cabinet was broken. The balcony area outside our door was not private we had somebody else out there smoking and could not use it because of the smell. There was no carpet at all in the room like at the pictures and the noise was so loud from the freeway right next door that we had to have the AC system on all night long to drowned out the noise.

The hotel itself was super cute and clean, the complimentary breakfast was delicious with great food and coffee options. The price was great for such a nice hotel

Room was clean. Breakfast was good and served on time. There's a ChargePoint EV charger in the gated garage. Our room window was a door into a ground floor balcony which felt a bit exposed.
