Best Western Downtown Plus Music Row

Very good

Great location

This is the second time I've stayed here. It's close to everything and the staff are super friendly. The breakfast is fantastic!

Great service

The staff is far from friendly, and at our stay, the smoke alarm battery was dead and the alarm went off during the middle of the night. Do not recommend staying in this place.

Good location Smell

The staff was incredibly accommodating. The breakfast staff was friendly, and there was always a lot to eat.

The breakfast was awesome

The hotel room is big . Loved the big comfortable bed and soft pillows . Nice sofa . Big bathroom. Room had a microwave mini fridge. Parking was good . Breakfast was lovely especially the friendly lady helping everyone No coffee machine or kettle in room I asked at reception why not and he replied machines kept getting broken so removed them. They did have a coffee machine where you get breakfast working 24 hours, luckily we brought some coffee so could heat water up in room microwave . Only had 2 small pillows had to ask for more

When you stay at this hotel you were paying for the location. The rooms, lobby, etc. are average at best. Very overpriced.

Great complimentary breakfast. Room was clean. Short uber to broadway or approx 20 minute walk. Safe area. No issues.

Superb

Good breakfast and clean , amazing staff Location it’s far off from broadway.

location , omelette bar for breakfast They best were very uncomfortable. Hard as a rock

The only thing not to like, was that it was farther away from Broadway than I thought - not really walking distance. The traffic around the area is busy, so it takes an Uber longer to get you downtown. Other than that, it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking... an additional $20.00 on top of room fee. ughh.

It was clean and close to all the great spots

The mattresses were hard as rocks and difficult to sleep on. Otherwise everything else was fine. I wouldn't go back just because of the mattresses

Nice hotel, good facilities and good location

The staff was all so sweet and kind. Our room was 84 degrees when we got there, but was able to turn on the AC and cool it down fairly quick. The hotel was musty, smelled like mold, and was not as nice as I hoped.

Site said they had a spa with the pool but did not. Pool was fine. Rooms were clean but building overall seemed a bit old overall. Breakfast was good and had various options. Within walking distance from Broadway music if you like to walk(about 1.2 miles) . Didn’t like having to pay for parking even though only $20 night, no reason for it other than getting extra funds.
