Great location. Hotel charged me an amenity fee after bill was paid in full! What amenities were provided? Total scam. I will be disputing charges.

We were in Nashville to celebrate our son's 21st birthday and stayed at the Motif. The location and staff were fantastic. With it being only about a mile from Broadway, we walked to and from the honky tonks one of the days (Ubered the others). The staff was very friendly and helpful and kept the hotel clean. The bed was comfortable; however, the pull-out couch not so much (but is there really one that is?). We would stay there again.

The staff is extrodinary!!! Helpful, jind and fun to be around!! The shuttle to Broadway street was an added bonus! Afternoon/evening with live music and beer in the lobby was a happy place to enjoy while waiting to experience the next Nashville adventure.

Our room was not cleaned the 2nd day which meant no coffee in the morning. Very disappointing.

Full kitchen with full sized appliances - even had a washer and dryer. Bed was firm and a lot of pillows were provided. I also liked the separate bedroom with toilet and shower for my daughter. It was like her own little apartment Instead of an iron and board they provided clothes steamers - not as good IMHO. Coffee supply was limited but had a K-cup machine. I ended up buying coffee pods from Walmart to keep my caffeine level up. TV in living area would not show channel guide or the menu to allow streaming but I never notified the desk. We weren't there to watch TV. My biggest surprise and disappointment was the parking situation. Valet ONLY for $50 +tax per night. The Expedia listing said parking for a fee but I was blind sided by the amount and service from the valet was spotty. Had I known that was the case before hand I would have chosen a different lodging option. Future trips will be booked elsewhere. Staff was extremely helpful,

There is no coffee shop like advertised. The bar is beer, and they sell Busch and Heineken in the coolers at the reception desk. It was ok.

Great location. Very clean and nice. HOWEVER, buyer beware! We booked through Expedia and they did not disclose a parking fee. I had to pay $162.00 to park my car. They won't respond to my refund request even though my confirmation did not disclose the parking fee. Unless you want to ask for your car every time you leave and pay $60 a day to park, I would STRONGLY SUGGEST STAYING ELSEWHERE!!

Super clean and modern! Lots of space. Great free shuttle service to take you to downtown! Although walking is totally doable. A little annoying that valet was so expensive but you have to put your car somewhere and street parking was around the same price.

Had an amazing time. Will return the next time we are in Nashville

Very spacious self contained apartments. Far enough away from honky tonk highway to be quiet. Free shuttle bus to downtown was a bonus. Live music in reception was a bonus.
