Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville at Vanderbilt

The room above our room which was 934 sounded like it was being remodeled at 4:30am. Not sure what that was about?

Lovely suites in a nice location. Plenty of places to eat and drink locally, and the free shuttle is a great service. Staff friendly and helpful Renovation on bar area was a pity when we were there, not having crockery or cutlery didn’t impact us, but would be useful for others.

NO RESTAURANT DURING STAY AND NOT POSTED

The room was spacious and clean . The amenities did not exist due to construction. I asked the desk if there were any other sitting areas other than in the driveway which was dirty she said no. Last day there found a decent sitting area on roof just off top floor of parking. No restaurant, no available workout room and parking garage is very hard to navigate unless you have a small car.

Rooms were clean. Exactly what we wanted , two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a nice living area to sit and chat. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The free shuttle came in handy many times. Staff was amazing. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The breakfast was amazing, Tony was a joy to be around. The fire alarm kept going off, and no one was evacuated. Was very aggravated.

This hotel was amazing. Staff was professional and friendly. They have the best breakfast that I have ever had at a hotel. Our room was very clean, and organized to maximize functionality. Our favorite service was the shuttle. The employees were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning for our next stay!!

The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Shuttle drivers were the best. Unknown to our party, hotel was going through a renovation, so no restaurant or bar. Breakfast bar/omelette bar was good. Room cleaning was missed one day and very late on another. Overall an acceptable stay.

I love embassy suites breakfast and happy hour. What an amenity! Also, the rooms are so spacious. Nothing like it!

Arrived to find out the bar was under construction and the gym facilities were also not available. Just a heads up parking is also $50 but they do offer a free shuttle to downtown which is a plus

Staff and breakfast were exemplary as usual restaurant was closed, and that was not disclosed on either the Hilton website or the third-party booking site

Liked the breakfast. Pull out couch bed was terrible The breakfast waiters were super. The desk people were super. We requested clean towels and toilet paper. Never delivered. Next day we had to go get our on. TV was cheetah.

Really nice hotel. Up to date rooms, good breakfast. We used the shuttle to get around and saved on parking. 2 issues, 1 when we arrived the line of cars to get to check-in was out to the street with only 1 employee at front desk. 2 the room coffee was awful. How much more could better coffee cost? Would recommend.

Absolutley a very well run Hotel. Clean, Friendly Staff, Excellent Shuttle Service to Downtown Broadway Street. The room Pillows were without a doubt the most comfortable pillows that I've ever slept on in all of my Hotel Stays.
