The bathroom. The tub was deplorable the was sometimes working. All they keep doing is painting the bathtubs instead of replacing them. The snack prices were way to expensive. On the plus side it was very quiet. You will never get our business unless you have a major make over

There were cockoroaches in the room

This place is awful. It’s filthy! It stinks! We left within 30mins of walking in. The couch stunk like cat piss. The bed has a plastic cover on it like a toddler bed. Bathroom was dirty…It was the nastiest hotel I’ve booked. I made a huge mistake trying to stay cheaply. Won’t do that again…

Clean room, helpful staff.

We had the reservation for 2 people/2 queen sz beds. When we got to the hotel they told us that there was only one king size bed room left. The clerk was very rude and unprofessional. It was almost 11:00 PM and he said that if we didn’t like the room we should leave. We asked for manager and he said that he was managing the hotel. It was really hard to communicate with him because he spoke a little English and didn’t want to help us out. We left in the middle of the night and we went to the different hotel. We are really disappointed about this situation because people like that hotel clerk shouldn’t be allowed to work in the hospitality industry until they learn how to respect people.

The bathroom counter and shower had stains.

The location was great. The staff were all very professional. I had to go downstairs to smoke a cigarette but the neighbors were smoking weed and the smell would come into our room.

The location I booked a king room with a sleeper sofa. They changed my reservation without notice.

This hotel is well maintained. I've stayed here before. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are large and pur out a good spray of warm water. The towels are white, fresh and fluffy. The beds have clean linens as well. My room had a strong smell of curry food. Other than that, I had a restful night sleep. Thank you 😊

Room was clean. The bed was not a pillow top. Bed was like sleeping on plywood. Room was not service. There was no bedding for the sofa even though we booked for 3. Sorry my 16 yr old is not sleeping within parents. When we asked for fresh towels we had to bag up the dirty ones and bring them down. The "fresh" towels were wet. Breakfast consisted of granola last type bars and muffins. No fruit. Spend a few more dollars and don't book here. Also. The entire space reeked of pot.

The rooms smelled bad

Location I just say this, bring your own cooking supplies and your own utensils and your own plates and your own cups????

The commode. it was not fastening down the back. Tank, when you flushed the commode water poured out of it and the couch. bed, they need a new one. It was all broke down really bad. But everything else was 1 alright.. I mean, but it wasn't very friendly there.

This is a very nice Extended Stay America, the owners, managers take care of the property. The rooms have been recently painted. The queen size beds are comfortable and the linens are clean and white. The bathroom has a large vanity, and the shower puts out a great spray. The towels were clean and fluffy white. Thank you for a wonderful 3 night stay.

This is a very nice Extended Stay America, the rooms are large, freshly painted, art work, bright kitchens, and clean bright bathrooms. The beds are comfortable, and the linens are crisp, and white. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The extra sofa bed was broken. One stove is broken the other is wobbly. They need to fix the broken utility.
