Hampton Inn North Olmsted Cleveland Airport

My wife, sister-in-law, and I stayed at this Hampton Inn for one night. From check in to check out the service, staff, room and breakfast were all excellent. If we get to this part of the country again- we will definitely stay here. Thanks so much.

Very clean room. Breakfast could be better

Excellent hotel. Very clean, lots of towels, friendly staff, airport shuttle was perfect and easy to navigate. Coffee was great and breakfast was tidy and tasty. I'd stay here again.

Location, helpful staff Curtains didn't close and were way too big for the window.

The breakfast was disappointing.

Very clean room staff was nice

Stayed here for 2 nights. Property was well maintained and room was very clean. I did use the gym- it is not extensive but it did the job. Breakfast was fine - standard waffle maker etc… Convenient location would stay again .

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable!

Clean & good location. Great breakfast options.

No complaints for an overnight stay!

The room needs to be updated. there were tears in the wallpaper in the restroom and the TV was hard to navigate.

They ran out of eggs and sausage 35 minutes early and the gal said they had no more. They didnt have any water out for the dining area 2 days of 3 we were there.

The faucet in bathroom is placed awkwardly to the side and too close to edge of the bowl. The sliding bathroom/closet door would not be our choice. Nightstands are too small. Good plug-ins for electronics, but no room for book, glasses, cup of water and your phone. Bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful.

Looked and felt like it was remodel. The room was very spacious.

The staff was very helpful.

Very good

Staff was great!

Location is in a good area close to many bars and restaurants nearbu to choose from. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Both check-in and check-out Staff were friendly and pleasant to talk to. Hot breakfast had great variety.

The parking was great and the staff friendly. Room Was clean and bed was comfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom was not very good.

Not necessarily the Hotel's fault but what we booked with Expedia is not what we got when we went to check-in. Luckily, the staff helped us out so the whole experience was a little more stressful than it needed to be.
