We had a basic room but was clean and did my wife and myself very well. Loved the "old school" feel. Location on boardwalk was awesome!!! Price very reasonable. Staff very nice. Will definitely come back

Room was super small, expected for how cheap it was, great hotel nonetheless. All we did was really get changed and sleep there.

This was a lovely place facing the ocean in The Raven suite, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and 3 places to sleep. They have an amazing cafe right in the lobby. Walk right onto the boardwalk. Very friendly staff.

Location it was close to the festival and everything we wanted to walk to. No elevator

The location was perfect and it was quiet. The reservation email said check in is at 4pm. I arrived at 4pm and there was nobody at the desk. There was a sign that said "be back in 30 minutes." Tried calling both hotel numbers, no answer. At 5pm a woman shows up and does the check in. I tried calling the desk over having no hot water and no water pressure and nobody answers. The room was cold and there was no heat. The bathroom hasn't been remodeled since the hotel was built and was very narrow. Would not stay here again.

Perfect location! Old style hotel, but kept clean. Only downfall is you are only allowed one car even when staying in the multi-bedroom apartments. Had to pay to park on the street.

Had my own entrance with a porch and kitchen. Could here neighbors late at night

The location was perfect. The staff were beyond welcoming. I wish the cafe in the hotel lobby was open a little longer.

This is really a no frills property. There is 1 small TV, limited WiFi, and no elevators. We stayed on the hotel side and though the building is dated, our rooms were very clean. Housekeeping brought us clean towels daily. We would typically only be in the hotel to sleep, but this trip it rained for the entire 5 days. Because we stayed inside a little more than planned, I wish we had better internet connection during our stay. I deducted stars because we sat in the lobby for over an hour while we waited for a staff member to come to the desk to check us in. Check-in time is 4:00. We arrived at 3:50. A sign at the desk said they would return in 30 minutes. I’m not sure when the 30 minutes started, but it was after 5:00 when a staff member arrived at the desk. There was no apology or explanation about why nobody was available to check us in and give us our keys. During our wait, we rang the bell and called the phone number. Neither one produced an employee.

First floor apartment with presence of live roaches. We checked out early and received a 1 night refund for a 4 night reservation. No phone call follow up from the facility only a message on Expedia denying the roaches and stating there is a no refund policy. We shared photos of several roaches that we took on our cellphones with staff at checkout.

The establishment was fine considering it was more like a rooming house. The room was small and the hotel was pretty old. It was clean, the staff were nice, there was parking in the rear, and it did have a beach view. The hotel is right on the boardwalk near many places to eat and drink. However, no real amenities except for a mini fridge and small TV.
