Surf Villa Hotel

Location The TV was to high on a shelf and the bed was real to hard. You couldn't really reach the sink because it was on the side of the toilet.

The location was good. You get what you paid for. Very very small room and bathroom. Felt like I was in a shed

Location was great The owner was hard to contact. We had half a roll of toilet paper. Took me 20 minutes to find someone to check in

Conveniently close to where we needed to get to Small parking lot and being charged to park was not ideal. Very old room TV didn't work properly small shower.

Close walk to the beach. The room wasn't cleaned well before we got there.(Empty beer cans under the bed) The electric(power) was questionable. You were charged a fee to park at their property. Just look for places on the street. The entire first floor constantly smelled like weed.

I felt very safe, comfortable and at home staying there. Management is friendly, helpful, caring and easy to deal with.

I loved how it felt like a little old bedroom it was very cute and comfortable will definitely be coming back It was everything I expected there was nothing to complain about

Expedia obviously does not vet these places they list. This is the second time we've been EXTREMELY disappointed with our hotel. Look for a better place to stay. 4 nights cost us about about $525. The posted photos are deceiving. The front porch overlooks a busy street! Insufficient parking spaces; the overflow lot was 2 blocks away. The boardwalk is 1000 feet from the building; the waters edge, another 600 feet. The unit was dark, 1 dim bulb in the overhead light. We kept the bathroom light on so we could light up the small hallway. No dresser or chest of drawers for your clothes. We used the second queen size bed to lay out out clothes. Peeling wallpaper, poor paint work, rusted bathroom fixtures; a stick props the bathroom sink. The medicine cabinet had to be from the 50's or 60's. The only grounded outlet had a 3-way adapter. A second outlet was 2-prong; that can't be to code. Just a old, poorly maintained "flop house". It gets worse. Tiny soap slivers that are wafer thin. No toiletries to speak of! 2 wash cloths, 2 small bath towels; no hand towels. It's a damn good thing we brought bath wraps and personal bath items. We left out a wrapped funnel cake. By morning, the entire thing was covered with ants. No breakfast snacks of any kind. No paper towels, no napkins; bring water to make coffee. The individual Keurig cups, the coffee was good. In closing, they don't spend money on the property! They don't care about guest comfort. Read the reviews! I wish I had!

Great service! As a solo traveler it was so seamless and I got to check in early. Will definitely be back.

Great location and quiet for how close it is to the boardwalk! Room and bathroom were clean and parking was available for pay nearby. Would stay again.

Everything is too poor and low I didn’t like it.
