The room was clean, but the AC did not work at all. The room was hot and humid and smelled musty. The ac unit was also extremely loud on and off through the night like the fan was struggling to blow. Made it extremely difficult to sleep.

The front desk was super helpful especially James. He was kind and attentive. Everything was clean in the room. Convenient location.

We love staying at this hotel! Everybody is always so nice and accommodating and being able to walk to the park is fantastic! Coming back from the park and being able to sit in the hot tub is an extra added bonus we absolutely love! Prefer to stay here over any of the other hotels nearby. Nothing bad to say

Came to check in and was helped. However they do sit on their phones a lot in between. I was unaware of the parking fee but it is fine. There was mold in the hotel and tile, wallpaper seperating from the wall. The back door didnt lock and you could just walk in. Ive stayed in cleaner and better but did the job for 1 night.

Everything was really. Nice. It was walking distance from seaworld. One elevator was down which made waiting for one longer but overall was a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! I have just one small request that might have made my stay even better. You charge $18 per day for breakfast buffet. I typically don't eat a lot for breakfast but have always appreciated a hotel that offers a free simple continental breakfast to start out my day. I feel this simple adjustment would increase sales especially bc parents are bringing families to the park. $18 pp could be quite expensive. Thanks for allowing me to give a review.

bed was comfy, room was clean enough facility needs up dating, location was loud, house keeping left us without towels and didn't replace drinking glasses. all in all not up to hilton standards, speaking as a hilton honors member. see above!

Construction was ongoing, but I had a great time and I am glad to see they are continuing to update the property. Breakfast was great

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good location, close to SeaWorld. Didn't get to use the pool this trip but it looked nice. Breakfast was great, make sure you prepay at booking for it. The parking charge was the only downside.
