Stayed one night before cruise … loved the pool and hot tub… room was clean and check in easy Music in outdoor poolside restaurant was nice too. Food was just okay. Service could have been better … 18% gratuity was mandatory and added to tip Typical bar food - plenty of other food options

The staff and pool and room

Loved the large apartment set up. Having a washer and dryer in the room when traveling with kids was a godsend! I mistakenly thought there were water slides at the property. There are not.

Location Customer service.

The room was nice but the walls are thin. We could hear everything going on in the next room.
-
We like the location and amenities The bed was extremely uncomfortable for a king suite. Where you lay your head completely sinks down.

Pool area great. Nice to live music and music also. Pool bar good food. Free Coffees in the morning were great feature. Paying for parking. Should just include in room rate. Seems like nickle and dime. Sadly

Best resort in Orlando, in my opinion. Laid back and beautiful

Definitely not worth the money. Our room wasn't ready until almost 6pm. The line to check in was ridiculous. Then 2 hours after we checked in we received a text message reminding us check out was 10am,,,,,, This is a timeshare property ,,, I would pass on this one
