Room was clean and modern. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast had lots of options and was well stocked. Parking was free and easy
-
Location was great, was able to get where I needed quickly. The neighbors in 608 were screaming until midnight and had kids crying so it was a bit annoying maybe have a floor strictly for families with children. Wish there were a few more options for breakfast. I booked a king suite but when I got to hotel I ended up with 2 queens I think so bed was a little too small

La ubicación es muy bueno, muy cerca de los parques y tiendas. La habitación con cocina y dos cuartos muy comoda y grande. El personal muy atento y servicial. El desayuno bueno, nada espectacular pero bien.

The hotel was clean and the room was very spacious. Location was perfect for us.
-
Nothing Customer service was horrible. I arrived and was told there were no rooms available due to maintenance issues. It was past midnight and I had to go next door to instead. I booked months in advance and I couldn’t even get a courtesy call.
