Cleanliness Paying for parking

Great stay, comfortable beds!

There was a small selection at breakfast but it was good Our room was cleaned daily which was a bonus Location is excellent for International Drive, shops and restaurants. The rooms are ok, AC is very noisy. There is nothing in the kitchen area to make it usable other than a microwave but there are no plates or cutlery. Rooms are quite dated and could do with a refresh , modernised

Hyatt will always be my security blanket, hands down! ❤️ Whenever I travel, Hyatt will always be my first choice because, in my experience, their standards are a 10 out of 10. I appreciate the consistency, quality, and overall experience that keep me coming back to the brand. However, I am not too keen on the trend of charging paying hotel guests to park at the property. I understand that policies change, but I genuinely hope Hyatt will reconsider this practice. In my opinion, parking should be included for registered hotel guests, while those who wish to use the parking facilities without staying at the hotel should be the ones charged a parking fee. It would be disappointing to see additional charges become the norm for loyal guests who already pay to stay at the property. I will continue to choose Hyatt first, but I sincerely hope the brand reconsiders this policy and keeps the guest experience a priority.

Extremely clean and spacious rooms

The property was very clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very polite and friendly. Would stay there again in the future.

This is a awesome hotel in a awesome location. I came for a comedy show which was 2 blocks away. All the food you can want in walking distance. Awesome night life n shopping.

Perfect

Everything was super clean I had no problems with the room. Very comfortable and Joseph was incredibly helpful. I had some booking issues and he helped me correct everything and get back on track. He was inviting and in a friendly mood each time I walked in the door. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet room just off I drive but still right in the middle of all the action. Elevators are kinda slow but other than that was great.
