Dated property, Old Televisions. Dirty Carpet.

There were always weird smells on the floors. Two of my colleagues had to change rooms because of it. And my water for sheeting was warm at best.

Exceptional

It was good. I did have to kill a cockroach that crawled out from behind the fridge. Never had to do that before at a hotel. Stay was fine.

The room had a musky smell. The second room was supposed to be a double, I got a queen. Garbage truck came by at 4 in the morning, woke everyone up. Breakfast was decent.

The breakfast is great has a bunch of different things including the waffles, real food not just muffins and small cereal cups, room was extremely clean along with establishment. Staff are amazing. The people were amazing. I loved my stay. Just wish I could've stayed longer, the hot tub was great for relaxing.

For a single night, it was decent and served its purpose. The suite was great for a family of 4, and the welcome gift was a bonus. My only negative was the rude front desk staff who refused to refund my parking which I paid on my cc. I originally wanted to pay cash but they staff who checked me in the previous day said to through the app first and in the morning when I check out, I could get a refund on my CC and then pay the cash. Now, instead of paying 20USD, I would have to pay a transaction fee and rate difference.

Good hotel for the price. The king suite had a full kitchen.

I definitely will not come back here. Got there pretty late and the lady working that night was rude and not very friendly. Kept the conversation very short answered and clearly was in a rush to get us away from her. As for the room it’s self. It’s very old school and needs major updates. The room smelled off and our microwave was literally about to fall off the wall. Our tv was struggling to turn on due to the remote not working. Not only did our room smell weird but the hallways smelled awful. Everything was a but further away and the area isn’t the nicest.

Such a shame. This hotel is plagued with issues and I’m not too sure where to begin. We stayed for 10 nights and at first everything seemed great! Friendly staff, nice appearance and clean! We were allowed to choose our floor so we chose the top, and our room had an awesome view of the pool and Universal Epic Universe. But then we started to see the problems. The lift buttons+light were broken so you can’t tell if it’s actually coming or not. When we got into our room we instantly noticed a strange Urine-like odour, and our toilet was blocked? We told front desk and they sent a guy to come and sort it out, but this was quite a shock. The hairdryer in our room flew sparks at us and the aircon might be the loudest thing I’ve ever heard. On night 7 of our stay, we were sent a rather blunt email which told us we had to move rooms by the next day as they were power washing the outside of the hotel? I doubt this was a surprise/unplanned meant we had to move all our stuff through the hotel at 11:30pm. Why couldn’t they just give us the suitable room to begin with? In the new room, the air-con was significantly quieter (but still loud) but the internal doors didn’t lock/shut? So this is two rooms now that have had pretty major issues. The breakfast is a shame too, everything is unbelievably salty and the potatoes were consistently undercooked with way too many people in a tiny space. Both bathrooms felt very grotty. Overall a bittersweet experience, good location but will not return.

Clean Room, breakfast

The best part was that check out was at noon. Had time to sleep in, eat breakfast, go for a walk and check out. I really enjoyed it this time. In addition, we forgot one of our luggage’s and room staff called us immediately when they found it. Thank you for the honesty. Great staff.

Great place for mid to long term stay. Great customer services and it was nice to be located close to a lot of activities and restaurants. The uber ride from there to the universal parks was 10-12$ and 30$ to disney
