They charge $20 / night for parking it is not free. Website advertising free parking which is inaccurate.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was in need of some updating. With a room that size, why would the toilet be placed so close to the tub?

First I will say the staff was really nice and helpful. I do want to give an honest review because I thought I was booking a four star hotel. This property is old. The hallways are hot, smelly, old carpet, and walls are dirty. All the screens in the windows are torn. The air coming from AC in room was musky smelling. I will say that the linen was clean. The first room we were given smelled so bad near refrigerator. We were not sure whether it was the refrigerator itself , but it almost smelt like old vomit not fully cleaned up or something stuck in carpet. The staff was really nice to get us in another room quickly when asked. We actually ended up leaving one day earlier than planned. Overall, I think this was just an older hotel. They also charge $20 a day to park, which increases the nightly rate of this hotel that in my opinion isn’t worth it. We booked this hotel because we had a great experience with the same Brand in New York, but it was not comparable.

Everything was great. We went with our family of 5 and the room was super comfortable. Service, staff, location, food was excellent. 20/10

While the location, free breakfast, free parking, and spacious rooms made for a decent stay near the Orlando parks, my experience with the front desk was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk agent who checked us in confirmed a 4 PM late checkout. This was ideal, as my mother-in-law was staying behind to rest while the rest of my family visited the parks. However, the next day, staff knocked on the door repeatedly and called the room insisting she leave immediately. When I called the front desk to clarify, the second agent was extremely rude and unaccommodating. She aggressively stated there was no record of a late checkout, offered a unreasonable 15-minute window for my mother-in-law to leave, and continuously threw her colleague under the bus rather than offering a solution. Instead of de-escalating the situation, she handled the call with attitude and blamed her coworker for the oversight. As a loyal Marriott Bonvoy member who consistently chooses Marriott properties when traveling, I expect a much higher standard of service and accountability. While errors in internal communication happen, penalizing the guest for a staff oversight is unacceptable. My mother-in-law checked out without further issue, but this agent failed to represent the brand well. I regret not getting names, but management needs to address this lack of professionalism. A refresher course in customer service and basic courtesy is urgently needed for the front desk team.

There was no hot water for showers for the duration of our stay.

It was an amazing hotel just didn't have good water pressure or like hot water but it was super nice clean room breakfast was good I would book again and the air conditioning was amazing always cold

It is in bad need of refurbishing. 1 of the 2 elevators out of service the whole week Our first room thermostat broken couldn’t control the air 2nd room we had no hot water the last 2 days We’re here for a convention and had to take cold showers The staff has been very good and helpful but this hotel is in desperate need of an update. Breakfast was very good though!

The beds where great, however there was no hot water and our toliet was leaking.

The showers wasn’t warm for some reason maybe I used it at the wrong time but 😭

Pleasant stay, free breakfast had plenty of options. Rooms were spacious and clean, good deal. Would stay again.
