Staybridge Suites Orlando Universal Blvd by IHG

Beautiful hotel, great location, and STELLAR customer service. Loved that the property was clean and easy to navigate (Universal Epic was just 5 minutes away). Our room was spacious and comfy. Wow to the quality of the beds and pillows! Breakfast was well stocked with plenty of options. We didn't get to use the pool as it was quite chilly out, but it looked amazing! My husband left an important item in the closet. The hotel and Robert were able to retrieve it and help get it shipped back home to us. Great communication! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Everything was exceptionally clean, the shower was set up properly (the water control was at the other end of the shower instead of under the head and it was located where you enter the shower instead of having to get wet). The bathroom was spacious and had everything we needed in convenient locations as well as a lot of towels and a hair dryer. We had all the amenities (good size fridge, microwave and freezer, dish washer, sink, dish soap, dishes/pots/pans/cups/glasses/utensils, safe, etc.). We didn't use most of these items but they are good to have when we return, which we will. This hotel is one you can stay in for weeks if needed and be perfectly comfortable. It was convenient to restaurants we wanted to visit too. Great pick, especially if you are on business.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Grace was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. Excelent

The hotel was very nice and close to sea world! Loved the free breakfast in the morning also!!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with how beautiful, modern, and incredibly clean the hotel was. Everything felt brand new, and the location was perfect for visiting the parks! The staff truly made the experience even better. Everyone was wonderful, but Grace deserves a special shoutout! She was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel right at home. The only downside to our stay was an internet outage that unfortunately lasted the entire duration of our visit. This also affected the TVs, which was especially inconvenient after long days at the parks when we just wanted to relax and unwind. While we completely understand that technical issues happen and can be outside the hotel’s control, having no internet or working TV throughout our stay was definitely frustrating. When we brought up the issue, we were told the hotel was working on a solution to make things right for the inconvenience, which we appreciated and hope to see followed through. That being said, we don’t want this one issue to overshadow what was otherwise an exceptional experience! This was genuinely one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at, and the cleanliness, beautiful accommodations, fantastic location, and outstanding hospitality really set it apart. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next visit! Hopefully, with working Wi-Fi and TVs next time!

Really close to Epic Universe and other parks as well as restaurants.

Clean room, convenient location

Excelente ubicación y excelente servicio

Le service impeccable et courtois. On ce sent les plus que bienvenue.

Great place and location. Just not walking distance to parks, but took an Uber there for 10.00 dollars and 8.00 back cheaper than parking.
