Universal's Terra Luna Resort

The hotel was better than expected! Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were huge, comfortable, and clean. The connection to the theme parks was frequent and easy to use, with all the necessary information readily available. Overall, a great experience! The only downside was that the room was quite cold and difficult to warm up.

Close to the parks, friendly and helpful staff

Everything was so convenient for our time at the parks. I appreciated the luggage desk that allowed us to send items from the park to our hotel so we didn't have to carry them. We also enjoyed being able to keep our luggage back at the hotel after checking out to have more fun.

The hotel was great for our group. The staff were all friendly and helpful

Exceptional

Good staff and was a huge plus they have the bus system that goes to all the universal parks

Clean room, clean bathroom

A

The hotel is perfect for a universal visit, the shuttle buses are a huge plus and the early park entrance is very helpful. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I was surprised by how spacious the room was. The only thing is they don’t clean your room daily which can be inconvenient. The front desk people are the only downside to the stay, they aren’t very nice which breaks the illusion of the Universal experience where you feel like you are in a parallel world where everything is fun and nice.

All was on point , guest services was 5☆ , transportation and employees awareness was top.

👌

Room is great, housekeeping comes in every other day, if you buy one of their mugs for a certain amount of days, you can have free refills of coffee and soft drinks down in the lobby area, the pool area is great. All of the bartenders at both bars are awesome. we love the benefit of getting into universal one hour early as well. And the shuttles seem to go very frequently back-and-forth to all of the universal parks would definitely stay there again.

Amazing!!!

It allowed us early entry to the park and it was clean.

I like so much my staying I’ll definitely going back !!

Best thing was the staff. I can’t remember who helped us and I hate that I didn’t catch a name cause she was awesome. Staff at the cafe were also very helpful and nice. On our last night we hit up the bar and that was the cherry on top with the bartenders Kristina and Maria. We laughed so much with them we enjoyed everything I would def be staying here hoping to see the same faces.
