We had a very great time, they set us up with a view of the fireworks and the staff were very helpful during our stay and were nice, we enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be coming back. The pool and kitchen were very neatly cleaned, the water and coffee provided were great. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

The property was fantastic. I am most certainly booking my next trip to Orlando with this property.

Company is paying for the stay and I came in one day early, this seemed overwhelming for the front desk staff to handle . Not sure what the issue was, they had plenty of room , I gave my credit card , agreed to pay for an upgrade, but this seemed like a difficult task for them . Do this about 20 times a year, never had an issue until this place .

Great pool!

My studio room was beautiful. Very clean, updated, stocked with everything I needed and more. Absolutely loved the room. The bar staff in the evening/night shifts were phenomenal as well, super friendly. Location is meh, the surrounding feels isolated and lacks walkable things to do. What I absolutely hated was being woken up with my hotel landline ringing at 8am on my check-out day by one of their front desk attendants trying to sell me on a timeshare or some kind of "special offer/gift" scheme. Incredibly rude to call at that time and wake a customer up for their own gain like this.

The room had a weird smell and my shower didn’t work for the whole time trip.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and having extra space made our family stay so much more relaxing. Every area of the property was clean and well cared for. The amenities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days exploring Orlando, and the fitness center was a great bonus. The location is outstanding—close to the parks, restaurants, and shopping, yet peaceful enough to truly unwind. What stood out most was how easy and relaxing the entire experience felt.
