Hampton Inn Portland-Airport

It was a decent for an overnight layover. Close to the airport, complimentary shuttle service from/to the airport and nearby with dm good food options via mobile food delivery service. Not bad overall.

I had a clean and quiet room. My flight was very early so the grab and go breakfast was a welcome addition. The staff was friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Staff was friendly when we arrived at midnight, very helpful, we liked the breakfast service and overall experience!

30 minute wait to check in at 11:30 pm. Poor desk clerk was getting overwhelmed. Otherwise everything was as expected

Every staff member I encountered was exceedingly nice and very helpful whether sharing information about the airport shuttle or recommending a place to eat.

This was probably the nicest airport property we have ever visited. Not only was it clean, the room was nicely appointed, breakfast bar available early and well supplied, staff extremely friendly and helpful with dependable frequent transport to airport. Perfect!

Have to give a shout out to Dave in maintenance. Dave came up to check on our air conditioning, which wasn't working. Dave said the unit was done so we would have to change rooms. He went downstairs, made the change with the front desk, got us new keys and even brought up a cart to help us to our new room. Outstanding! We would stay here again. Super clise to the airport. There is some plane noise but that stopped overnight. Great shuttle too. Eat at the airport though. Breakfast is not good.

Abigail at the front desk was so great and offered lots of helpful information. The shuttle to the airport for our early morning flight couldn't have gone any better. Will stay there agian when I have an early flight out.

The staff is friendly and the rooms were cozy and clean. Free breakfast in the morning, everything was perfect. Professional and made my family and I feel welcomed. Home away from home.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was very clean and conveniently close to the airport! The staff was very friendly! In spite of proximity to the runway, the room was quiet and dark (thanks to light blocking shades). Breakfast was hot and delicious and plentiful! Coffee was available on demand! Mini mart is well stocked. We loved it all!

The staff welcomed me and bent over backwards to help. The fitness center exceeded my expectations, except for one thing. Three treadmills, super impressive! All three broken and out of order? Come on. Really?

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast options were good, the free airport shuttle was convenient and the staff was nice. If in Portland again I would stay there again.

The AC fan stayed on all night; no adjusting even on wall unit. No sleep; sore throat.

This hotel was so convenient to the airport, and the room was very clean and comfortable... great pillows and comforter. Front desk receptionists were helpful and kind. Dinner at the Sheraton next door with the 10% discount was just what we wanted. All in all, an excellent choice for us.

We have found over the years that this (Hampton Inn PDX) to be essential to our late arrivals from Honolulu for us to get quickly to reliable accomodations and then rested and ready for our Portland visit Thier quality and convenience is consistent and reliable.
