Exceptional

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The ac was an issue. They restrict access to run your ac cold and on all the time you’re there. It has a motion reaction detector on the thermostat also known as eco mode. Therefore while you sleep it shuts off. You can’t keep the fan running or ac going because of it. So you will constantly be running hot while sleeping. For someone who needs to be cool while sleeping this is inconvenient. The staff act like they don’t know what or why it’s happening. Had to ask for towels at check in because we only had a foot towel and 1 face towel and two body towels. Doesn’t work with multiple people in the room. The shampoo, conditioner and body soap is not to my liking. For someone with thick, long hair I now have to make sure to pack my own. The conditioner is very watered down and the body soap doesn’t seem to lather well. I wish they’d go back to the bars and small bottles of shampoo and conditioner. Those type of hotel amenities matter and with the hotel chain going away from them could be exploring other hotels.

They don’t clean the room daily!

Easy parking, clean property, wonderful staff and big rooms! Very nice bathrooms with big showers and all bath products are there for you. Love this place! It's my go to anytime I'm staying in this area. Highly reocmmend

Good location, spacious room I was in the very end room right next to the side entrance. The door opened and closed all night long, the latch was very loud. Very hard to sleep.

Not quite marriott standard

Wonderful stay with friendly staff. We were treated marvelously! The staff was professional, courtesy, helpful and friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and roomy.

Poor

Absolutely terrible experience with obnoxious and loud tenants. Staff allowing individuals in their parking area to play loud music, rev their motorcycle engines, and trash the lot with their food waste. Happened between the hours of 1am to 3am on a Wednesday of all day. When I mentioned this to front desk, they quickly defended themselves saying there’s nothing they can do about it and they “can’t judge tenants by how they look”. That makes zero sense. I complained about actions, not looks. Would never recommend anyone staying here. Hotel manager, Desiree, and staff should be disappointed.
