Comfort Inn, Cleveland South - Richfield

Room was clean and well maintained and had plenty of amenities.

I chose this hotel based on location to the Tollway since we were passing through. In our case, its location was the best part. The hotel is very tired and dated. I feel the cleanliness of the hotel is more related to its overall condition than a reflection on the staff. If you’re passing through for the night, it’s passable. If you want something that feels cleaner and fresher, this is not a place I’d recommend.

Both rooms were clean and comfortable but that experience did put a bit of a damper on our night. They had shampoo and conditioner, but no body wash. This hotel is very close to Cuyahoga Valley National Park but it is very bare bones.

Very good, just not perfect. I'd stay again, for sure.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

The property is just ok. It is in a rather remote area with few restaurant options under 20 minutes away. It is rather outdated. Many of the add on electrical outlets would not even hold the plug. They kept falling out. We stayed on two separate visits and I should have cancelled the 2nd visit . It was rather pricey for what you get.

Our room was very clean and our sheets were so soft. The staff was very friendly!

I have used the hotel many times, it is comfortable and clean. Prices are reasonable.

The sheets were stained and pilling the bathroom was moldy.

Not recommended staying there. Smelling and old rooms. The room we got the toilet was clogged. The front desk was very nice to change the room with working toilet right away which was nice.

Very limited choices The room smell like mold, there are mold spots in the bathroom. There were some small insects or flies all over the room.

Check-in was easy, room was clean and quiet, elevator access to 2nd floor was appreciated, needs were comfortable, shower/tub worked great, and breakfast was ok.

There was random human hair in the shower and on the sink. The bedding looked like a cat scratched it

It was disappointing that the pool was under maintenance. When you rent a hotel room with a pool, you expect to be able to use the pool when you arrive.
