Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cleveland - Richfield by IHG

Clean pleasant hotel. Nice breakfast buffet. Clean and comfortable room. Easy highway access.

great place to stay! Definitely will use in the future.

Close parking The pool had no water. The place just didn’t seem ran right

Comfy beds Pool was not useable and fire alarm went off fir no reason

Breakfast was great as long as u went down before 9am. Location was great right off the turnpike and perfect location to hit all of the hiking spots at the park! Lots of nice complementary things! Cookies must be a hit because they went quickly! Unfortunately for our stay the pool and hot tub were not working and we were really looking forward to it. Also during our stay the fire alarms went off at 5:30am quite the awakening in panic and made it difficult to fall back asleep comfortably. Also no outside area seating to enjoy the out doors.

There was plenty of variety. The second morning of my stay, there was no coffee available, and the warm food was very depleted.

Exceptional

Very pour More clean

We arrived earlier than the check-in time due to inclement weather cancelling our activities for the day. Although our room was not ready immediately, it was very shortly. We really appreciated the flexibility of the cleaning staff.

Location worked for us Nothing stands out

Room was not ready 4 hours after check in time.

Staff, was excellent, hotel was dated and definitely wasn’t worth the amount I paid, however the location was where I needed it to be. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but it was included.

Very helpful with checkin. Everyone was polite and very professional.Breakfast was very good and plentiful. Hotel was clean and off the main road very quiet.

Price Food under our bed . Live cricket in restroom . And needed wheelchair for assistance and did not have one

Breakfast was delicious, the people working there are so Kind and no racism. It’s super clean there with a jacuzzi and pool. The rooms and bed are so comfortable. The location is very low-key quiet and beautiful feeling at night. I like this place I came just to sleep and ended up booking a couple more days in the row paying daily, Thats how much I loved it there ❤️ it was a great couple days here i even met a person I hired to my company here. It was all great here not even exaggerating.

Exceptional

no coffee pot in room

If there indeed was a fire perhaps it could have been extinguished by the tanker truck filled with liquid nitrogen parked in front of the entrance to the hotel....

This sight should do a better job of maintaining the pool and hot tub. Other than that the service was nice friendly and welcoming.
