I liked that it had activities for kids, they especially loved the indoor playscape. Having a pool, indoor golf and ping pong was nice as well as the complimentary breakfast. We liked that the location was close to the national park. All of the broken and cracked windows on the side we were directed to park made us feel very uneasy. As in is this a safe place? There was tape on one of the kids playscape plexiglass parts where a screw was missing, made me wonder when the last time maintenance was preformed. The sign on the door and being assigned wristbands also made me wonder, how many random unauthorized "guests" do they have walking in....

Would be nice to have a shower hat & more hangers in the bathroom for towels & clothes.

Hot tub was closed for maintenance. Couldn't putt putt because children were running around unsupervised and hotel staff would not deal with the issue. Bath tub and sink drains were stopped up.

The breakfast was good, the room spacious, and the bed comfortable. only complaint is that the internet wouldn't stay connected, either on my phone or my computer. It was frustrating and I was glad I didn't have anything I really needed to get done.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amenities are very fun. Would love to see it receive updates because it’s a wonderful hotel. It’s just very outdated. Very clean though! Have stayed multiple times. Hot tub is more of a warm tub and needs to be hotter!

Parking was limited in the A section. The window to our room was broke. The room had a funny odor. Could hear the people in the next room talking.

Nice location, undergoing construction in a part of the hotel, rooms need to be a little bit more modern

Great service had an issue with a room ant they moved us to another with no issue pool and hot tub was great aswell as breakfast.

I'm gonna stay at this property from now on when i'm in Cleveland... That way, expedia can't rip me off like they did in a hotel.a few days ago... When they put me into a crack house, and wouldn't even follow up on wyndham corporates investigation, instead, they just refused to give me a refund. Both parties in that case insulted my intelligence... But hey, like I said, from now on, i'm gonna stay here ar the quality inn, in Richfield, Ohio.

These guys even offered to look out from my motorcycle and keep it out of the rain.

The mini golf course was more interesting than it looked from afar, with some fun challenges, although my kids wanted the windmill to turn. They also loved the climbing tube thingy that was so fun until parents allowed their kids inside all wet from the pool so there were puddles inside. So basically it was other parents not supervising their kids that made the stay less enjoyable. The game room could have used more video games and less claw-type machines, but it still featured skee ball and air hockey table. There were lots of extras you could pay for like massage chairs, hurricane chamber and basketball toss. First room, the phone didn't work and they gave us an inside room that had zero view of the pool area (we were behind a wall). Our new room was in a corner on the 2nd floor so we could use the trolly for our bags and had a nice outside space to sit and see the pool/fun area. The strangest thing is that you can exit to but cannot re-enter your room from the pool area and have to go around to hallway door. Breakfast was very good.
