Very nice, clean room, perfect location!

My room on the 15th floor was fine and had a good view of the cityscape. The receptionists were great as well but when you pay over $350 for a room and find out there isn’t even a coffee machine and very few amenities, you tend to get a little disappointed. The fact that the hotel is downtown and surrounded by fethanyl addicts and homeless people is not the hotel’s fault but the surrounding area is sad and depressing for those of us who care about our fellow humans.

Great atmosphere, clean, welcoming

Staff were extremely helpful and allowed early and late checkout as my son was not feeling well, this was very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Sadly The area is full of homeless, but Inside is great, except the shower being rain shower… as a women that just wants to rinse off, makes it impossible.

The property itself is beautiful and the location is great Staff are very rude & the rooms aren’t being properly cleaned

Super friendly, fast easy check-in. Rooms are spacious and clean with a large TV. The air conditioner would not get the room cold. A tech came and tried to improve the cooling however it never got below 71’. Also the shower had left over hair in the tub and was hard the get the water temperature under control. Location was excellent and within walking distance of everything in the Gas Lamp district. Pool on the 4th floor was a nice touch along with the restaurant. I would stay here again as I am sure the minor issues would get fixed.

Clean room, great staff. Amazing bar and lounge

The hotel itself was within close walking distance to many bars/restaurants, the padres stadium, etc. So for convenience I would rate it 4 stars; HOWEVER, for everything else, it’s a solid 2. Fair warning, the rooms on the higher levels of the hotel have little to no air flow. I was originally placed on floor 19 and our air did not work. We called for maintence and they told us that none of the thermostats showed the proper temperature. Essentially, even if our room was “69 degrees” the thermostat would still show it was set at 72. I was disappointed to discover this excuse was a lie due to us later being moved to floor 4 where we were able to change the tempature, with the thermostat displaying the proper tempature we set it to. Also, the front of the hotel is infested with transients. Not just one or two, multiple. In the morning, law enforcement can be seen rallying them all up to move elsewhere as the sidewalk is washed away of their urine and feces. The interior of the hotel is cute and modern, trendy decor that’s Instagram worthy, but our room wasn’t necessarily the cleanest. Thick layer of dust on the furniture and hair found in the shower. Overall, I wasn’t impressed with the hotel. The one thing I will say is the staff was friendly and accomdating, making our request to move to another floor simple.

This property was in a great location in Gaslamp district. However, it is right next door to the House of Blues and various bars. We could walk most anywhere we wanted to go, including to the amazing Farmer's Market in Little Italy on Saturday. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There is complimentary coffee in the mornings and a nice seating area in the lobby. We loved the pool! It was not crowded, and cabana's are available first come, and no charge! Plus, their bar/restaurant was open and they had staff who provided great poolside service. We requested an ADA room so we'd have more space for the three of us friends staying in the room, however the beds were only full size, so a bit small for grown adults to share. The would not allow a roll away for fire reasons. The rooms were very nice, clean and decor was modern. Would stay her again for sure!

There was no self-parking option and their valet is $70 a day. Every day they were trying to take $150 dollars out of my bank account - without informing me. We were charged 86 dollars for a Cafe bill when we NEVER went to the Cafe. Had AC problems.
