Convenient parking and friendly staff. Ants in my room and since I had an outside room some people by the pool were being loud past closing. Had to call security

All about customer happiness and making then comfortable. MYself and my husband stay their for our anniversary and was totally unhappy. The 5 night stay there the housekeeper came maybe 2 times. The front desk was sincere but you guys need to build a better system.

The airport shuttle was very nice.

Very convenient place to stay. Close to the airport, has an airport shuttle, and even free breakfast! Everything was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is some traffic noise from being close to the freeway, but it’s not horrible. Someone could always run the air conditioner fan or use a white noise app if it’s really bothering them. I was happy with our stay here and would stay again in the future.

Stayed here due to free shuttle to the airport for early flight. Very clean, nice bathroom and shuttle went without a hitch. All staff friendly and welcoming.

Convenient location- walkable to Old Town and short drive to the airport. Front desk staff- specifically Ulises was awesome! Room was clean and had convenient set up/phone ports. Complimentary breakfast was hot and good choices. Nothing

This was a clean comfortable place at a good place for San Diego.

Everyone was really kind and accommodating and it’s close to MCRD Not many choices for breakfast was the same both days I visited which was different then one I stayed at before. Food wasn’t tasteful and overcooked . The parking was horrible not enough usable spaces only for electric vehicles

Beds were comfy, bathroom clean and nice. The free shuttle to MCRD and late checkout for graduation day was much appreciated. Friendly staff and nice continental breakfast.

Staff was awesome, highly recommend if you’re in Old Town San Diego

Close to airport, clean, lots to do around the area. Good location. A little expensive and one of the staff members at the front desk had a bit of an attitude and was quite rude. It was an older woman and she clearly was not happy to be there. Most of the other staff were very courteous

Everything was great... a little overpriced Pricing a bit to high and water pressure in room was too low when trying to flush the toilet

The property is old and they do not yet understand the needs of handicap people.

Handy location. Nice little store inside. Decent breakfast. The AC was challenging to control.

The king suite was absolutely amazing the facilities were also amazing, and the staff so so so incredible and supper friendly and nice this location made my birthday weekend the best 10/10 would definitely recommend and stay again
