Maybe the location. Between Old Town San Diego and SeaWorld. The area was sketchy The room had a strong cigarette odor. Had trouble with the key card to open the door. The free breakfast was terrible! Only waffles, cereal and bread were available. The A/C was not that effective.

Convenient Shower sucked. Water leaking. Sink clogged

The shower wouldnt get hot, the outlets were loose so my plugs kept falling out, A/C wasn't working too well, staff was rude and the lobby and the room had a bad smell.

The location is perfect for anyone on vacation. Everything is walking distance. The hotel is aging and might be time for an update. A fresher brighter atmosphere might be in order

Great location. Close to Old Town and places to shop. The room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast was ok. The price was very reasonable. I have no complaints.

Location Brkfst was a joke, nothing like other HJ I stay at....bare minimum of offerings is an understatement. Exrterior walkways were very slippery in the rain, and could easily cause injury

I came back to the staff for help the staff was not polite We had a handicap room, which I did not order the tub had rust on the faucet on the drainage. It was very terrible.

Passable

The staff member attending the breakfast area was quite rude. She repeatedly understocked the options, putting out only minimal quantities at a time—such as four pieces of bread or filling the waffle mix container only a quarter of the way. Additionally, the continental breakfast was very disappointing, offering only coffee, juice, waffles, and toast.

Exceptional

Great price and close to old town. Breakfast was only granola bars, oranges, apples, water and coffee.

all is well, location., cleanliness when I chekced out, I asked for a receipt, the lady told me to ask the 3rd party ---Booking. Yes, I booked from Booking, but I paid directly to the hotel at check in time. Booking did not supply the receipt as they did not get paid from me. Can you send me the receipt by e-mail?

I don’t like the middle of night some noises, woke me up and that noice last almost till 4 am
