Tai who checked us in was amazing. She made the experience great. It would be helpful if there were trash cans in the rooms.

Our room was clean and bed was comfy! Staff were very nice. We had a queen room, which was small, big closet, and the bathroom is tiny. I do wish they had coffee in the lobby until at least 11am. We enjoy Union Square, so the location is perfect. Not many hotels provide daily cleaning but they did! That’s a plus for sure.

Charming hotel. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Very central location - walking distance to most things. Parking cost $39 (with tax) per day but was easy, safe and secure and a short walk back to the hotel (3minutes). Would definitely stay here again.

Really great location, easy to get to all the top spots in San Francisco. Room was tiny, beds were incredibly noisy as on wooden frames. Really noisy in surrounding rooms.
