Residence Inn By Marriott Richmond Airport

Everything was fine except breakfast was lousy and they ran out some food items more than 30 minutes before end time. Well below Residence Inn breakfast quality expectations that we have been accustomed to (comparing with other Residence Inns). Understand this hotel - only a year old - they must improve in this area. Would go to other Richmond area Residence Inns, but not this one.

Clean, staff very friendly The cost...

New and clean The Television in the room is not easy to work. I had to have a technician come up when I arrived to get the channels working properly. Then it would work properly sometimes and difficult to work at other times

Clean room & nice staff

Clean hotel in every space! Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast area! Will be back!

We're never disappointed. The best breakfast of any hotel chain. Thank you.

The pool was over crowded I couldn’t get in to the water Other the that a was very good The people in the from desk excellent

By far 1 of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to in a minute. Each glass and dish was wiped down to perfection. Called the front desk 1 time for more sheets and they were there in 30 seconds. I said well d***! lol. Great service. Just let people know that parking is additional instead of just charging cards.

Exceptional

A pleasant spacious room. And the staff went out of the way to enable a much needed early check-in.

Everything and everyone was amazing with visit again

Wonderful!

The room was amazing, food was pretty fair and thr staff was the best

This stay was beautiful and relaxing! The staff was EXCELLENT!!

Breakfast was delicious!!!

Great clean new

Staff went out of the way to be kind and help. Property was clean and well kept up. Highly recommend!

Made a reservation through the site. When i arrived at the hotel i was told my reservation was cancelled. There were no rooms. Besides at 400 dollars it was going to be a very very expensive stay for Richmond Va.

Super clean and rooms were very spacious.

Very clean staff was very helpful and nice very very respectful i will definitely be back to stay again and refer other people to this hotel.
