Avatar Hotel Santa Clara, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

Pleasant

Location The rooms are small, had a dirty smell and had alot of bug bites on my back after the stay unfortunately

Exceptional

When we first walked into the room, it had a really strong, old stench. The bed also had a really strong smell that would stick to your body, hair, and clothes after sleeping on it over the night. There were also three spiders that came out of nowhere in the room. The room look clean but it was not clean.

Great location Paid parking

Great location for game day! Staff very helpful.

Awesome! So convenient to Levi’s Stadium. Was able to walk there and back. Hotel staff was friendly and room was clean. Bonus was the cafe and bar in the lobby. And Starbucks right next door! Thank you.

Superb

Great place to stay, rooms are clean, staff is great and it has Starbucks !

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Our room was made in a very timely manner and it was very comfortable and clean.

It was nice, clean and a good 12 minute walk to the stadium. I also forgot my toothbrush. I went to customer service to ask for a store and they gave me one The rooms were small but still decent for a one night stay. And the beds are hard and pillows are not plush.

Great

The employee that we were greeted by at check in was amazing, the room was so clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable given it being a hotel bed, we were worried about our vehicle being parked in the parking lot just given the city but for this location we were not worried one bit since they had security on the parking lot premises all night. It was great to be so close and to be of walking distance to the Levi's Stadium! The food at their in-hotel restaurant was great! Though their service wasn't the best. When we arrived we noticed other families getting attended to first when we had already been waiting for 15+ min, and it took awhile for us to get our orders in or get our full order.

Very clean, comfortable Peace. I can hear the people/neighboring people walking back and forth.

Very good

The hotel was nice and the location was convenient. It has a bar and dining room which is nice. The safe did not work (low battery) and the air conditioner was very loud every time it kicked on.

We stayed at this hotel for attending a 49er football game. Easy walk to the stadium. Property was clean, room was clean and comfortable.

Close to Levi Pillows to big

Loved the location. Was able to walk to the World Cup game and the atmosphere was great!

We really enjoy our stay at your hotel. We’ve stay there 2 times now and never have any issues . Excellent staff and great location
