The accommodation is huge (two rooms), which is not really necessary. Breakfast is good. If you don't mind the price, the place is really good, but there was one issue with getting money out of the card (by mistake) after check out, so be careful and check your account after. Paid parking (even though the price is high they still want to get more), but you better park along the street - parking is free there. They mistakenly took some charge out of the card after check out, which they refunded on request (though a set of message exchange had to be done), so please check they did not get money from you randomly after check out. This can be a common practise.

I love that the room was amazing. I walked in and the TVs had my name on it welcoming me. I also liked that they had a swimming pool, free breakfast complementary drinks and appetizers in the evening. Wonderful place hands-down going to be my new favorite place to stay place was very clean. The bed was a little harder than I like it, but it was good. I even got early check-in. Felix was amazing and helped me with all that and it was ready by the time we arrived. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was amazing all kinds of food, pancakes, French toast, bacon, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereals, yogurt, bread, toast, bagels, you name it they had it they even had a omelette bar.

Embassy Suites is the best hotel to stay at! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The included breakfast is by far the best hotel breakfast we have ever had! We will definitely be staying here again!

check in was easy, very spacious room, happy hour was nice treat, one of the best complimentary breakfasts! Good choice of restaurants nearby, close to Levi stadium, we actually walked back to hotel from the stadium. 2 TV's was a nice treat! I felt that the bathroom could of been a bit wider. It seemed a bit narrow compared to the spacious living room area and the bedroom that was on each side of the bathroom.

The location, the staff and suite size and facilities The ventilation at the breakfast was so poor everyday we had to change our clothes after the breakfast because they had very intense smell of fried oil. The swimming pool was also very small.

Wry clean and staff was excellent. Loved the breakfast. Absolutely ridiculous to charge 30$ per night for parking. It should be free, just an extra gouge to get more money. Really upset us when we were told at the desk. Also, though the bartenders were great, they were completely overwhelmed during happy hour. There needs to be 2 bartenders during that rush time.

Room was filthy. Which was a premium room. But not sure what was so premium besides getting two free water bottles?! Our toddler pulled out someone’s dirty underwear from a cabinet. Our bedding on one of the beds had what I think was yellow stains all over the pillows. False Eyelashes were stuck to the comforter. Pool water looked extremely foggy. The only part that made it worth it was the breakfast. Outside was dirty
