Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SeaTac by IHG

Cheerful staff, clean, big room, near the airport and hearty breakfast. Thanks!

The price for the booking and the price at the hotel was completely different. They also do say parking is free and when we got to the facility they charged us for parking.

There was no eggs. oatmeal was provided each day. Desk was damaged/peeled off. I suggest it be fixed or replaced.

Exceptional

Although we were only there for a short time, we enjoyed the nice big clean room (suite actually) and the early 5 AM breakfast. We had to be at the airport by 6 so that was very convenient!

Great stay! Airport shuttle was nice and convenient. Front desk staff was fantastic! Helped us obtain an affordable shuttle to the cruise terminal and back to the airport after the cruise. Great room and great breakfast!

Superb

Staff was kind and accommodating!

The staff was: accommodating, professional. And to say went above and beyond is not saying enough. It has been years since I have felt so welcome and comfortable. This is where I'll stay when in Seattle going forward!

Great airport hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, frig and microwave, free airport shuttle and breakfast

We were pleasantly surprised about this hotel. We knew we were getting in late and leaving early, so we chose this property based solely on cost. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were updated and immaculate. While, we didn’t stay for breakfast, it looked varied and ample. We absolutely recommend it.

The rooms and entire hotel was super super clean and had everything I need. The staff is exceptional! Every encounter was tops! I travel a lot and have never had such great service. There is a parking fee that I didn’t see mentioned but it’s not outrageous.

Very clean. Staff very helpful. Great location and the shuttle service was great.

Xxx

Appreciated everyone’s kindness. Was able to check in early and leave late after coming back from a cruise. Comfortable bed/room

Great for transport. Have stayed and will stay again.

Bais act. Racism Nothing

Staff and kitchen.

$15 to park. Didn’t know this until we checked in. Clean room though. Good breakfast.

Could not regulate room temp as well as I’d have liked. Only two towels in the room. Charged extra for parking.
