The rooms were very nice and clean

Night clerk Tisha was wonderful. Energetic and receptive, even at 1:30 in the morning 🌄

Rooms were great! Shuttle takes you to several choices of places to eat, park across the street. If you want to drink please make sure that receptionist can sell the beer/wine on site, saw an interaction where the person wasnt allowed to and guest was annoyed.

Everything was great. Rooms are very clean. Water pressure in the shower was a little low for MY liking. Breakfast is quite weak. Bagels, and instant oatmeal. Yuck

Shuttle to pick us up from airport took 30 minutes. Finally got checked into room, only to discover we had no water. We had to repack and move to another room at 1 am. Manager not taking any of my calls

Clean, helpful staff, however, amenities were not convenient to use. The laundry room only takes bank cards, no $ alternative. And was far away from hotel room, as there is only one on the bottom floor. Not easy access for seniors.

Close to the link train and airport Customer service, argued with me upon checkin that I didn’t pay. Look 30 minutes for them to agree that I didn’t pay pay. Then I requested a plunger for the toilet, no one knew where it was and then told me to wait for 2 hours.

Good location Floor of the room not so clean

Jet noise from SeaTac is an irresolvable problem. It is incessant until well after midnight. Parking limited and not free. Breakfast ho him and coffee was empty. Ice machine on our floor broken. Should have stayed elsewhere

There was no phone in room. Had to change rooms to rectify.

Rooms were clean. Air conditioning worked. Breakfast was free and very good. Airplanes were a little loud. Shuttle driver was also great but surprised at no name on shuttle just 42

Nice place the beds could be a bit more comfortable may be a little out dated but good service

I liked the free shuttle from the airport and you could even get dropped off at several local restaurants. Breakfast was decent. A nice park across the street to take a walk in. Bed was hard as a rock and I like firm beds. Airplanes landing seemed louder than normal. Not sure if it was poor windows or was just that loud.
