Residence Inn by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport

Comfortable large room in good location (near airport). No restaurant other than breakfast buffet.

The king-sized bed and the location. During our 5 days stay the maid came only on the second day. toilet paper ran out, kleenex ran out, rubbish overflowed had to use our own bags to line the rubbish cans! For someone with a mobility impairment our room was a far walk. Also, the control for the shower was on the opposite aide of where the shower head was, very inconvenient. I also asked if a grab bar was available in the shower and I was told yes. it was on the other end of the shower head and it was only about 6 inches long. I fell once and almost fell multiple times.

Over charged me abs changed my rates after I paid won't book again

The room was very nice and a good breakfast Staff was not helpful. Two different staff said they would schedule shuttle and both did not do what I hey said they would. Poor communication

The size of the room and the amenities were great. The cushions on the couch were a little worn.

The bathrooms in the rooms were great and the ventilation was superb! The mirror did not fog up while showering. The breakfast was just mediocre. We got charged for parking when we didn’t park there but it was promptly fixed once I called. Just annoying that it was a question at check-in which we said we didn’t have a car and we still got charged.

Good

It is conveniently located near the airport and provides an airport shuttle. The suite was clean and provided I needed to have a comfortable stay. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast, but the space they keep the food in is tight. Otherwise, a good place to stay if you are making a quick stop.

The king size bed and bathroom were great. The kitchen was also well stocked and convenient. The sofa bed was awful! Old flat mattress, the bed frame actually tipped down on one end. Just awfully creaky , bumpy and uncomfortable.

Very good

Proximity to SeaTac, Great gym, friendly staff, super shuttle service, quiet comfortable huge bedroom Breakfast finishes at 9am

Spacious and very clean room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Exceptional

The property was nice and in a great location close to the airport No issues with the property, it worked well for us

EVERYTHING WAS INCREDIBLE!!! Nothing

Poor

The facility was very nice and our room excellent. It was difficult getting in touch with the hotel to get the airport shuttle to pick us up. Also, when we arrived at the airport nobody was at the front desk.

Amazing suite with lots of space. Very comfortable bed and great location. Wish breakfast was open earlier.

We really enjoyed our 4-day stay. The breakfast was very good and much appreciated, and the location is perfect and very convenient. As a small suggestion, it would be great if guests staying for several days could request breakfast when needed. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Spacious rooms, nice and clean Advertised shopping service was not available
