There was no breakfast, not even packaged snacks, which is unfortunate. There was coffee. The Wifi is apparently not secure enough for my cell phone or my work laptop, as I was getting pop-up messages not allowing me to log in & preventing me from being able to access the internet.

I enjoyed staying here since it's simple and no thrills. However, the location isn't the best.

We stayed here while moving our freshman into UO. It was very clean and comfortable. We were out and about all day and this was a great place to come back to. It’s about 15 min. away from campus. Starbucks is 5 minutes away by car. It’s in an older part of Springfield which was fine for us as we were just there to sleep. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. We will be back!

This was my second time staying here and it has been a good place to stay for a quick overnight trip.

The Hot water was non existent till late late , loud hallway with late guests , this is over priced for low quality beds and rooms , would not stay based on price and not comfortable rooms

I thought it had a continental breakfast, but it didn’t. However, when I asked the staff she was very pleasant and explained they no longer serve breakfast since COVID.

No hot water, not even warm enough to warm a baby bottle. Rooms are advertised as sound proofed, which they were not. The flip lock was only half there so unusable. And they had extra rules with hefty fines that they do not disclose until you are already checking in.

This property price gouged because of a UO game and a holiday weekend! Shame on you. This property is DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THAT PRICE! I would not recommend staying here!

We were told a crib would be available for our baby, but the crib they tried to give us was stained and crusted with bodily fluids. Then they made us pay extra for a room with an additional bed for our baby to sleep in.

The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable, great handicap parking, and the gal that checked us in was very kind and professional. It was a very nice place to stay at!

Passable

Breakfast was not included, but the coffee was very good. The room was clean and quiet. The only negative was that the directions to reach the place were not updated after the main highway underwent major alterations for getting to downtown Springfield.

Other than not having a gym, this was just what I needed after a long day of driving.
