Although it was an older motel, it was well kept and clean. The location was excellent. Easy on and off the Expressway. The staff was very kind and cordial! The beds were comfortable and the pillows were excellent! I came to town to watch a Ducks football game and would consider staying here again!!

Easy and welcoming check in - very quiet and clean. Would stay again.

Carpet in the room was gross- keep your socks on. Very nice staff and the grounds were nice. Didn’t appreciate the double price for game day.

Village Inn Springfield provided a solid, reliable experience for a quick stopover. The check-in process was fast, simple, and hassle-free. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable;when we mentioned needing a bit of ambient noise to fall asleep, they kindly brought a box fan right up to our room. That level of thoughtful hospitality really stood out. The room itself was fairly average in terms of décor and amenities, but it was clean, quiet, and contained everything required for a comfortable one-night stay. When it was time to leave, check-out was just as seamless as arrival. Overall, Village Inn Springfield delivers friendly service and great convenience for travelers needing a quick, stress-free stay.

Very friendly front desk staff. Super clean and quiet. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced Breakfast was only coffee and granola bars. Pet area was a long ways from any room so plan ahead ;}

I would say for the price it was great but the 5 stars were well deserved. due to the outstanding customer service

This hotel has nice staff. It is clean and they are very helpful. They have some snacks and beverages in the lobby and take care of any issues. The credit goes to the staff for taking such good care of the clients and property. It is only 15 minutes from the airport in Eugene and reasonably priced. It will be my go to hotel in the region from now on. I have stayed here a few times.

The room was clean and well appointed.

So they don't have a pool or hot tub the bed was hard but it was clean and the staff were very friendly the water pressure was good for the shower.
-
Property is very clean, the room was clean, but the negative is the old toilet and bathtub with very old faucets. Bathroom needs updating. The amenities were minimal, no selection of breakfast at all, you can get a breakfast granola bar or oatmeal, coffee and tea and that is it.

This hotel is a good option for those traveling to the UofO campus. 15 drive. Grounds were well kept, the room was comfortable, free parking, helpful staff. My only critique is that the tile in the shower seemed to have mold beginning to grow in the grout. Not on the surface but underneath. Other than that, the space was very clean.

The room was clean and the check in was very easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. If you need a place to stay for a night in this area, I would recommend it.

Nothing fancy, but it got the job done.
-
Nice clean room with a comfortable bed, perfect for our overnight say with our pets. Lots of rooms on the ground floor with direct access to the parking lot. We were towing a small uhaul trailer and there was plenty of parking.
-
Really pleasant place to stay. Wish the room TVs were a little bigger, but overall a great place to stay.

I have stayed here numerous times and have never had a bad experience. The staff are very responsive and respectful. They even take extra time to show me how the new tv's work! On my recent stay I arrived early from a long drive from Seattle. At first they told me my room wasn't ready (I knew i was early), however within 10 min I was in my room! Excellent place to stay, lots of places to eat, close by shopping and quick highway /freeway access. My go to place!

I checked in around 9 p.m., and the front desk staff were quite welcoming. Although the room felt somewhat aged and outdated, it was clean given its history. The space is generally quiet unless people are speaking outside.
