Clean, modern room and courteous staff. Good lighting and security camera coverage. Minor details of remodel need addressing. Weather stripping missing on door, voids in new grout and caulking and damage to lower corner of bathroom door. No coffee maker.

I did have a problem using their free internet. They helped me with getting it on my phone, but not my laptop.

Everything was great except the bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on a cement slab. I like a firm bed but this was very uncomfortable, therefore I probably won't return. I come to Springfield about every 6 weeks to visit family. I did not like the bed!!!!!

The staff were wonderful. The big drawback is, if you walk east on Main Street, the area becomes more blighted, and I would think rather unsafe after dark. However, if you walk west on Main Street a few blocks you are in a very nice renovated area of Springfield. So the motel is sort of in a transition zone between the two. I think the price could be a bit lower considering the location. However, I do understand that I was in peak season so most motels raise their rates during the summer

A clean, inexpensive room. Perfect as a simple place to stay if you're traveling up or down I-5.

The owners were very accommodating. I asked for a shower mat and they promptly gave me one!! Overall, everyone was very cordial and welcoming!! Will stay there again!! N/A. Everything was great. Also, the room was equipped with a nice-sized, large, square table in order to accommodate my laptop with an extra plug-in keyboard that sat in front of my laptop with ten-key capability so I could do accounting work and reconciliation of clents' bank accounts!! I appreciated that feature immensely!! Regular desks just aren't deep enough!!

I didn't talk to anybody I was there to rest it was quiet and very peaceful For me a lil softer bed but I managed

I liked everything except the shower was cold in the afternoon. It had rained all day so I was looking forward to a hot shower. Also the fan in the bathroom is really loud. Other than that, everything was fantastic! Cold shower and loud fan in the bathroom.

The walls are paper thin and if other guests are loud, you will hear it! Bed and pillows are low quality. Shower head is mounted way low. Room smelled or some kind of cleaner mixed with smoke.
