Everything at the hotel is great. Had a good experience. Parking was a little tight but otherwise everything was good. Thank you very much.

Parking lot is really small and weird. The handicap spots are hard to get out of flipping around since it's only one way in, one way out. The breakfast was ehhh, the French toast tasted so plain no cinnamon at all and there was mold on the strawberys in the fridge. I liked the succulents around the property tho.

Clean, well decorated, spacious room. Comfy beds. Beautiful sink. Excellent shutters for windows. Exceptional, quiet, comfortable, safe and affordable.

Everything was great- floor in room needed a wash though!

It was nice that bkfst was available Parking was a bit cramped, but we just happened to be staying at the same time as a massive group of youths soccer players and their parents

Check in was easy and simple the front desk girl took no time on pulling up reservation the purpose of our stay was to go to Monterey Bay aquarium as a little family getaway with my partner my daughter and myself. Breakfast was good and very filling I did not expect a full parfait bar amenities and as well the many options when it came to breakfast overall this stay was nice. The only one thing that I feel needed a little bit of work was the pool was not warm, but not cold either and as well, the hot tub was perfect temperature.

The parking lots are to small for the amount of rooms one night we had to park in the EV parking spot because there was no where else to park.

Everything was great but the staff wanted to charge me after I told the I had paid for my reservation After I told the staff I had made a reservation she found it and than told me it was going to be a certain price and I explained to her that I had already paid for my reservation online and she told me that what I had paid for was to make a a reservation but that now I had to pay for the room. I was confused and I asked her if that ment I would be getting that money I had paid online back and she said no. I told her that what was I supposed to do if I had used the money to pay online and now I couldn’t pay because that’s where the money went she told me she would check if she could get the money from online and left behind a door in the lobby for like four seconds and she came back saying she was able to get the payment and game me my room key. The whole thing didn’t make sense and it felt like she was trying to scam me because of her explanation

The room was very nice, clean and roomy We took a king suite with a spa jetted bath. The spa didn't work. Desk services would not fix it, or change us to another available room. Adamant that since we used Booking.com we were not eligible for a room change.
