Convenient location off of the freeway and the pricing was perfect. Close proximity to shopping restaurants and easy access to get to anywhere for sightseeing There wasn't anything I did not like

Day/night shift lady who checked us in (I believe her name was Sheryl) was very welcoming, patient while I was looking for my card, and let us know about local things happening in the area. Breakfast buffet was good! Staff kept everything well stocked. Pool wasn’t heated the first night but I believe it was the second night (when we did not get to go swimming). Lots of shopping centers in the area. Property was well kept.

Upgraded, clean facility with easy access. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

No coffee pot in room. I had to Sign 1 out and was told I would be charged over $250.00 if it was not return yet when I asked for a reciept upon return at checkout I was told I could not have one because I booked through Expedia although that did not stop them from putting a deposit hold on my CC ?!#

Staff was friendly, hotel needs to be remodeled and updated. Mold on ceiling rust in shower.

Hotel was showing some wear and tear. Very stuffy air in the lobby and elevator area. Hotel room was clean and spacious, clean. Even though there was convenient grocery shops nearby, this was not an area I would recommend staying - there were drug users visibly using on the sidewalk and homelessness on the corners outside the hotel. I didn't love this hotel for a family stay.

The staff chose to give us the best room available, which had two rooms, a bedroom and living room with a pull out couch, since we had a third child with us. The room was clean, the kids had fun watching kids movies on the big screen tv and the breakfast was very good. The front desk staff when we got there (Sherry I think?) was exceptional. Give that woman a raise! Also the donut shop across the street was incredible. Bagel shop was also very good. The beds were very hard, and I guess I’m old, but $260 for a night in a small town seems high. I know costs have all gone up for everyone though, and we did appreciate the attention to detail and being able to stay that extra night (after camping) in close enough proximity to the beach.

The elevator was out of service and Im partially disabled and had to carry my newborn,toddler,bags down the stairs and ended up messing up my feet due to pain for the rest of my trip since I had a recent surgery and can't carry a lot of stuff.

Our room was very clean, big, and the beds and sheets were comfortable. We had a problem with the a/c tripping the circuit on the cord, but the staff came in and showed us how to fix it if it happened again… which it did. The breakfast and coffee were great! The only negatives were that the outside garbage was always overfilled and the bathroom caulking looked like a kindergartner did it!
