Definitely needs an overhaul, rooms and property. Check in guy was good, breakfast was standard. Will not likely return.

Rooms were clean and new furnishings. Way cheaper than staying in Santa Cruz. Only thing to improve is they really need to replace carpet in hallway and elevator.

Very old and dirty hotel, Carpet was disgusting throughout the entire hotel. Room was so sparce. Not worth the money.

I wasn't very pleased with the accommodations. First off the hallway carpet was stained with a big stain right in the middle of the hallway. It looked like it had not cleaned for some time. The carpet in the elevater was the same. Most disappointing of all was the so called free breakfast. I really enjoy the free breakfasts; but this one was the worst! For eggs they offered what looked like a small pancake that I thought was plain egg yoke if that and round sausage that was cold already. And for coffee they had a coffee machine where you push a button and you get instant coffee. This was no brewed coffee! I didn't see any boiled eggs, no bagels, and no regular size muffins-just miniatures ones. We didn't even have breakfast the last day! The only thing that I can say is that the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast was decent. The a/c in the room did not work. Also the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Clean, staff not very friendly. Adam at the front desk was the only friendly person we met. He made sure our needs were being met while there. Other staff ignored us. Our room was above a busy street so we heard cars and sirens all night. Went during warmer temp so AC kind of masked noise, but still loud. Breakfast was good, but the eggs and sausage were not hot only very semi warm. need to find another way to keep them warm or turn up the chafing dishes.

The breakfast was decent for something quick and convenient! I have to admit, I'm a little picky when it comes to breakfast I only stayed for one night, but everything was very comfortable and convenient.

The room was very clean, but there were no clothes hangers available, no toiletries provided. Staff was very friendly, but when I called to ask for hangers no one answered the phone.

I like the fact that there was an indoor hallway with the entrance to my room I wasn't entering from the parking lot directly and they have those fabulous collection of built-in cleaning dispensers in the shower Can't say there was anything I didn't like
