Roaches everywhere! Room was filthy! Dirty Q tip laying in kitchen floor and dried blood on bathroom towels. I plan on calling the health department on this place next business day. Had roach traps laying all over the place.

Great location for where I needed to be. AWESOME and very helpful, friendly front desk staff. Basic room with a small kitchen for a great price. Not fancy, but safe and with pleasant surroundings.

The hotel is roach infested. They were in the bathroom, kitchen area anf and main room climbing the walls, on the kitchen counters, scurrying across the floors. There were also Plenty of corpses to go with the live ones, Homeless people living out of their cars were in the parking lot as well as prostitution in the same parking lot overnight. Trash littered in the morning. No staff at the front desk.

Room was very cozy

Breakfast was no breakfast at all staff was very helpful and friendly.

room was decent good interactions with staff we had to add a pet when we got there because our pet sitter fell through and they where happy to accommodate with an added pet fee which was at time of check in which was nice.

Need to update the property, despite the clientele. No towels were available. Pest in bed (not bed begs). Picked the hotel due to the price and location near the rehab facility.

Dirty , old , smells like cigarrets

I had a very uncomfortable experience

you can't pay me to stay in this Roach infested place. I rented to use the kitchen for an event. and ended up driving all the way back to Norfolk in the middle of the night to cook because I could not put food on the counter without a roach trying to crawl on it. I turned on the oven to warm it up and it started popping. It was not the stove it was the roaches in the stove catching fire and exploding. This place is nasty and the staff does the best they can, but its not their responsibility to pay for an exterminator. I will NEVER stay at an Extended Stay American EVER again.

Horrible they have bugs and bed bugs

quick check kitchen just minor thing remote for tv but wasnt big deal used buttons on side iof tv

This hotel was disgusting, roaches all over the lobby and I saw one crawling out from behind my bed on my way out. TV didn't work, was static on every channel. Fridge didn't get cold and wifi was in and out. Breakfast was a joke, pre packed muffins and granola bars how is that breakfast? Needed extra pillows and towels but no one answered at the desk even when i walked down to desk, I waited 20 mins before giving up because no one was ever there and I was there for 2 days. No coffee po, cooking pans or utensils were in the room and without anyone answering the phones, I had none of the amenities the hotel claimed to have. Also the room smelled musty like there was water damage that was never found/fixed. At check out, I waited 15 mins just for someone to come INTO WORK to help me. So there was no one on site which seems crazy to me. If I could zero, I would.

Don’t stay here unless you like dirty floors and dirty rooms. Just needed a place to sleep after a long day and thought it would be fine for that. Walked into the hallway and was greeted with dirty carpet and walking through the hallway saw a full bag of trash outside a room door and a used latex glove on the floor. Yikes that was a red flag but it was so late that I decided to weather the rest of the storm. Dogs barking walking past several rooms made the rest of the walk to the room more uneasy. After walking into the actual room it smelled like someone just smoked crack or meth mixed with cigarette smoke even though it was “non smoking”. The room was hot so that didn’t help either. The bed, lampshades and walls had stains. The wall next to the bed even has some sort of graffiti on it. Any other day I would have walked out and tried to get my $ back but since it was so late I just gave in and slept like I was sure there were bed bugs. Anyway avoid this hotel at all costs even if all you need is a place to sleep.

Room was dirty giant water bug in the bathroom. Sofa bed and cushions were filthy and unusable. Not enough blankets no sheets for the sofa bed. Room was big with full kitchen but no dishes, dish soap pans, cups or plates. If planning to use bring everything needed.

It was ok. I do appreciate how close it was to stores for shopping. Old looking, stairways were dirty , our room had a sunken sofa, loud air conditioning, no glasses or silverware, you had to go to front desk to receive them.

The staff was very friendly the place is very clean
