We stayed there the night before our cruise. This place was wonderful. We love the old school vibe and the way it made us feel at the included breakfast. It was amazing.

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The only criticism is that no fridge in the room and the tea or coffee making facilities water was not always very hot.

Though not listed as, it's for all purposes and "Adults only" facility. 2 persons per room, no "roll away beds". No kid releated activities or play area. Clean, quiet, outstanding staff. Maybe 100 yards to the beach, easy walk (on a wooded walkway) for a sunrise or sunset. I walk with a cane, but very accessible. No DJ or "party" atmosphere, so if that's your thing, this ain't your place. Large pool. Continental breakfast. Water, soda, some alcohol available for cost (take or mix your own, honor system for pay), rooms were a little dated, but clean and spacious. Showers, no bathtub, at least for our room, although this might be available upon request. We will definitely be staying here again when we cruise out if port Canaveral.

We have stayed here a few times, and we both highly recommend it. Just one of the cleanest, friendliest, best places in Coco Beach.
