La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Cocoa Beach Oceanfront

Everything great. Right on beach. Beach towels included. Staff was very nice. Definitely recommend.

It’s an older hotel that has and is still going through renovations. The room was very clean! The common areas were not clean at all. Walkways to rooms and the elevators were absolutely gross. The same “chew” packet and garbage was on the walkway the entire time we stayed. The elevator walls were disgustingly filthy. The construction in the lobby is quite a joke. The workers only worked when the supervisor was present. Breakfast was served on the second floor where there was seating for about 20 people. It was apparent when the hotel manager was on site; the staff were professional unlike their normal, flippant attitude and inhospitable and loud behavior. All of the doors stick so bad there’s constant slamming - day and night. The pool and outside areas are well cared for and cleaned daily by a pleasant gentleman. The lady bartender outdoors is very nice and had the friendly nature you’d expect. The pillow cases had holes. Hopefully when the renovations are complete and some more training for staff it’ll be a better experience. Paying to park in their parking lot as a hotel guest is just a money grab. The view of the ocean from the pool/ocean view is great! Just look over the lot next door with old pier construction materials. This isn’t the hotel’s problem just another observation.

The location of the property was unmatched. Walk right out to the ocean, directly next to tje pier. It was beautiful. The hotel is currently going through a renovation, which they did not disclose at the time of making the reservation. Most everything except for the pool itself, was under renovations. Not the atmosphere we expected.

My stay at La Quinta was a mixed experience. The sheets on the bed were filthy, the lobby was under construction, and the front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. However, the private beach access with its own little beach section was a great perk! The balcony was also nice, with a partial corner view of the beach. Overall, the beach access was the highlight, but cleanliness and customer service definitely need improvement

The property is older but in good condition. They were renovating during our stay. Breakfast was good. Pool and beach were great. Close to many good restaurants and convenient to the Kennedy Space Center. Saw a launch from the beach directly in front of the hotel!

Fabulous location right on the beach. Nice to wake up to sunrise over the ocean. Unfortunately lobby under construction. Shower head very poor. Pillows not good. Very lumpy. Say hotel needs a bit of an update.

Do not stay here- they charge $10. A night extra for parking when you check in. Side view of the ocean and pool is blocked with trees. The breakfast is fair but the set up is always late and once the food is gone there is no restock for later guests. The only thumbs up was the room was clean.

The Beach Views were great and the rooms were clean, however the hotel was “under construction” the lobby was being renovated and there was no furniture, one of the elevators was out of order and the one remaining elevator looked like it was very close to going out of order. The biggest issue was the cost. The amount being charged per night seemed reasonable for the photos provided yet this was cluttered and under construction and looked a mess. They should not be charging these premium rates while the hotel is in this construction state.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice and answered all my questions. The hotel is quite outdated and is in the process of rennovations, but several amenities were closed due to this or existing damage, including: -the front door (we had to enter the lobby through the side) -the spout to rinse sand off feet after the beach was down, so people just used the pool to rinse their feet. Gross -one of the two elevators was down -one of the two lobby bathrooms were out of order Would not stay again

Great location. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Under some renovation, slightly inconvenient.

Everything was great,it’s the second time we stayed, we will be back. 👌👍

The room was clean and the staff were great. There was nowhere to wash the sand off your feet coming back from the beach. Not even a hose. They had no way to heat the breakfast dishes, so the eggs and biscuits and meat were all cold.

No beach view but paid for one

The waffles were the best part of breakfast

Great! Loud traffic at night from all the fancy cars but not the hotels fault
